They said shortly after they deliver this current run they "should" open pre-order for the second run Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

They responded to me when I asked when the next run of the helmets would begin lol...
-
So, I was considering getting RS as my next lid upgrade... considering the issues and extreme wait times, I might look for other options

Ky's Soft Parts - Prototypes and pieces various and sundry
Nexous replied to Kyrbriik's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout HQ
Lancer is a Biker Scout / Scout Trooper thing only the difference is the use of Faux Suede versus Real Suede for the riding crotch area & butt flap. -
I don't believe any of this should be visible while suited up, so it's honestly personal preference... I only removed front/back pockets

Since you're state-side, probably Chris. He's got a thread somewhere here regarding boot sales Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
On guard boots and or other sources
Nexous replied to Josafoot's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Soft Parts
I would highly recommend not purchasing rain boots of any sort, these boots need to be made using the tutorial >> http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=903 Or, if you're not as savy (like myself) purchase them from a fellow maker such as Marcel or locally in California, Chris -
Don't believe there is a set measurement, just as long as you're not cutting into the boxes. It should sit comfortable on your hips, that's at least what BikerScout007 always tells me when he sees mine a little lower

Yeah, for basic I think this should clear with those changes -

Not required for basic, but something I would highly recommend doing down the road is cutting out the ear holes versus the decals. Breezes feel real nice -
He's pretty good with getting things in stock, excellent quality (from what I've seen in person).

Try a heat gun on a low setting and just shape it
-
Congrats Kevin! Lot of hard work into that build
-
Interesting write up mine hasn't reached this point yet, but I am willing to give it a shot once it starts down that road.
-
Yeah, the sand it a bit more and it should look great.

Looks great so far! Don't be afraid to open up the bridge gap a little bit so that the bottom halves connect a little easier for the chest

There is a process that people do and has proven successful called retrobrite that messes with the chemistry of the ABS and makes it white again Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Not sure about purple, I know that ABS naturally yellows with sun exposure

I'd widen the "thong" portion, it looks a little skinny, reminds me of the first one I had. And it looks like the pouches are attached to the bund? That looks nice! Hopefully it won't droop that's the biggest problem most of us have when its attached to the bund

Mine are SC as well, just confirming what was said above

You'll have fun assembling it! It was my very first time ever touching an armor kit, so it was a bit of an adventure doing it alone, hah. Wish I had been more active on the forums asking questions during my build, only regret for sure.
-
Jeff is a saint glad my instagram photos acted as a helping hand in seeing what SC has to offer

Congrats! It's awesome to see another WIP build turn into an Approval
