  1. Those cutouts on the faceplate need to be filled in and replaced with decals.
  2. Nice weathering technique. I think overall it will work for a Mando Scout. It's a little difficult to tell because your TK bell has a raised outer portion where dirt can accumulate in that crease -- something a Scout bell doesn't have. But it does seem to jibe with the armor we've seen
  3. All good. Let me know if your pouch maker works out. If not, I will get @Chrisx909x or @StephTrooper involved.
  4. Make sure she puts some sort of pouch attachment tab at the top so you have something to connect to your belt. Similar to the Scout pouch.
  5. Pouch mockup. I dumped both images in GIMP and then blew them up to roughly match your measurements. It's not exact, because you have your fauld up higher than the figure's (on the figure it's taller than it is wide), but I think 8x6 will work for our purposes.
  6. You WOULD know about Rebel arms!
  7. Any idea on any of the other parts?
  8. Scope looks similar to the singlepoint scope used on the Scout blaster. @TK8271 Rogue Trooper -- any leads on the 20a?
  9. Very well done! Look forward to seeing the rest.
  10. Hey Pathfinders and Pathfinders-to-be I understand that Legion drama is at an all-time high and everyone is running around at a fever pitch. We all have varying opinions on the matters at hand and that's okay. At 14,000 plus members, no two troopers are going to see things the same way. But I want to be perfectly clear about something: the Pathfinders Forum has been and always will be a haven from day-to-day Legion drama. We are here to research and build the Detachment's costumes. This is a friendly place and will remain so. I ask that while here, you leave your politics at the door and do your part to keep this a positive space. If you want to argue, I suggest you take it over to the main Legion boards. It will not be tolerated here. Now let's all remember the Pathfinders' creed, "Tip of the Lance", and lead by example. I thank you for your consideration TB/ST-81974
  11. Looks like it's been postponed until 2022
  12. It's pretty simple to do. I'm a knucklehead when it comes to sewing and I did it just fine. You can do it!
  13. Might seem random but I had issues like this that were solved by using metal bobbins instead of the plastic ones.
  14. That's my fellow Burbankian Andrew Brinkhaus and he printed everything on his CR-10. I'm in the middle of printing Sean Fields E-22 myself so I checked out his thread too. Here's a better link to it And don't forget Stefan's main E-22 article:
  15. She made them for the TV show, so they'd better be!
  16. @Minimo is right. Ultimately you have to cut the straps anyway in order to attach them to the ab armor, so once you figure out your configuration you should be able to get the oiler off. For instance, here is how I did mine:
  17. If you need help building a screen accurate Scout, you need to get in touch with @ShaunPug. He's in your area and he is an accuracy fiend!
  18. Hey folks, I've been making tweaks to the CRL that past few weeks. I think we are pretty close to a Level 1 CRL (Level 2 will wait until after we get this one cleared) Check it out and post up your suggestions!
  19. It does a bit except for the flap. Doesn't have the Scout diagonal cutout. That might make it easier. I imagine one could take a set of Scout pouches and just redo the flap. That should be a pretty easy mod to make.
  20. Alright, I'll see what we can do. I don't think Pilot Bay will be a good option, judging by how backed up they usually are. I'll try some other folks.
  21. Would you mind posting up a pic of the fauld with a tape measure on it?
  22. I may have a few leads.... What sizes have you tried so far?
