You want a speaker in on your hump, is that what I understand? Maybe this will help. I keep my Mic speaker in my hump and run the wire under my armor, into my balaclava. The speaker is even amplified inside the hump, so I have to get a wrangler to adjust the volume at times. I just cut a hole in my back and used the extra pads from my SC bucket for padding. I've seen pics of all troopers wearing paldrons in art. Before new canon and the horrible editing on Wookieepedia, an article said that paldrons were a sign of rank among every branch of the imperial military and had artist drawings of scouts, tks, snowies, etc with them on. Only sandtroopers and Stormtroopers wear them in the films as we know however. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

I lined mine with cardboard so they look like they are being used and I actually use them. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

Trimming armor to fit short and scrawny arms?
Bubonos replied to keys's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Armor/Helmet
I see you do need trimming due to short arms and I can't help you on trimming. Not sure the rules on that but my buddy had to wait till after he was approved to trim his Sandy. He walked around like the tin man waiting for approval. Now if the scouts have rules on how much you can trim, idk. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk -
Trimming armor to fit short and scrawny arms?
Bubonos replied to keys's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Armor/Helmet
Lol!!!! Oh the feels!!! I am a skinny ass guy and had the same issue, or so i thought. When you have the flight suit on, they will fit better. I made my straps as short as I could to the point they bend inward some. I also stuck on Velcro to the pads and stitched it on my selves and knees. This helps with pads slipping a lot, but you'll have to replace and upgrade Velcro over time as it gets old. Hope this helps!!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk -
Well said Mike. Last year only enhanced my pride and excitement of the detachment and wearing my costume and I'm sure 2017 will be no different. I believe we are the best detachment in the legion and a family. I have made some great friends in this detachment and many of us like and comment on fb with each other daily. I second Retrofire in saying if we were on Endor, the Empire would still be alive and strong. I wear my costume with pride because this is an outstanding group of people. Thanks to Mike and Mickey for a great year and here's to Rob for leading us into 2017. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

Don't trip, he's a good guy and I, as well as hundreds of people have it. It's great armor too. Sounds like yours is coming faster than mine, I waited almost two months to get my kit. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

Bast Alpha Garrison ART in the works. We have three active scouts helping with a name and several involved and willing to help with builds. One question that has probably been answered. Are Kashy and shore permitted in an ART? We have several members either building a shore or plan to and I felt it appropriate to add them with so many builds going on and coming soon. I do plan to make the adjustments needed to achieve lancer. Honestly, I was more excited to get approved when I started. Now after a few years trooping and becoming extremely loyal to the pathfinder detachment, I want to look my best in costume and gain more than a silver pathfinder rank. I pitch the biker scout to people when they ask how to join in fact. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

We have officially gained interest with other scouts in bast alpha garrison. Now our only Lancer isn't as active as others and can be hard to contact. My question is, does it have to be a Lancer that forms the ART? If a garrison doesn't have a lancer or their only lancer troops seldomly or in many costumes, could the other scouts still form an ART? We are already working on a Louisiana themed name. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-J120A using Tapatalk

I would totally build this as well. I'm digging this version.

Still waiting for interested scouts. Seems only our pilots have detachment pride.

My co gave me his blessing to get the ball rolling. I've already made an interest thread on the bast alpha garrison forum.
