I need to finish my LW up..maybe something to do this weekend.

We're actually looking into that right now. Our Kashyyyk armorer, Grumpy, has built that. We're waiting to hear back on it. Stay tuned.

Is it $200 for an assembled helmet, or is that the difference between a kit and an assembled helmet?

Most people with KS helmets leave it unpainted. Totally up to you. All other helmets that require more intense assembly need to be painted.

Depends on the paint. I would probably just weather it with some aluminum paint.

Yeah there's not much gluing on this costume, other then what Marcel said, unless you want to reinforce things.

We have a member currently sculpting smaller scout armor for kids. I know there are some child size scout costumes out there, but I'm not familiar with the maker. As for your own scout, building it yourself is the best wy to go. Just research our forums. All the information is here. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. We're here to help. Chris, you need to request 501st access. There is a section on the boards where you can do that.

Also need to fix the strapping on the drop boxes. You have the excess on top. It needs to be on the underside and not noticable. Also trim the foam down so it's not protruding from the pouch.

Well, ya never requested Pathfinder status, so you were never upgraded on the boards to see anything 501st related. The link in your profile needs to be to your profile on the main 501st site, not a link to your garrison page.

It's all up to you. Both costumes offer a nice level of comfort, and you can see very well in both. You can sit down in bot, though the Kashyyyk can be a little bulkier. Both great costumes..it's up to you as to what's more appealing to you.
