  1. Damn you Marcel for just wanting us to look better and be more accurate!

  3. MC would work fine. PM Chef though..he makes armor and he's in the UK.
  4. I know on my animated clone pistols from Steel blitz I primed them using an auto primer, then gave it an acrylic coat of aluminum and then and acrylic coat of flat black. Lightly sanded in certain spots to weather..and it's been fine for over 2 years
  5. Cloese, but no cigar. Still, very nice find. And according to Gino, leather was used on the boots.
  6. Depends on what armor you order. SC is quick. MC is not. If you haven't joined up on your local garrison's message boards, please do so. That would be a great start as well. Most people start off with armor, then gloves, then source the soft parts, but everyone is different. Soft parts are usually a good start though as you really need those before you can size the belt and strapping.
  7. I consider those more of a collectable then something I'd troop in. Especially at the price. I'd join your local garrison's message boards. Find a troop that you can go help handle at. Meet some people. Hopefully there will be a scout there that will let you try on their helmet. I have a KS and have done that many times to let people get a feel for the size of the helmet.

MonCal's is ok. I can't stress enough to get in touch with people in your area that have sewing skills, that can possibly make you one, or help make you one. Your garrison is valuable resource. Check the vendor listings on the board. Please do your research. All the information you need is on this message board.
  9. All the information you need can be found on these message boards. I encourage you to research, and read to your hearts content.
  10. Yeah I think this is the trooper in Italy who a couple of people have gotten boots from. There's a thread dicussing his boots on BSN. I prefer the way we make them, tbh. Price is not bad. Price on scout gloves is way steep though, as it'd be $90 with shipping..that's way too high for scout gloves, unless your buying esprits
  11. Armor, yes..that helmet..no..stay as far away as possible from that helmet as possible. Justin, head on over to the Florida Garrison boards if you haven't already. Join up there as well. We have plenty of good looking scouts in the Everglades Squad that can help you out.
  12. Also, with a scout tank, do NOT attach it with with a screw on the top and on the bottom. The scout tank does not attach with screws. Please use rivets.
  13. Looking good. Pull your belt down a little more in the back so the bund isn't sticking out back there. Marcel hit on the rest.
  14. Not too bad. On the back though, the top notches, just go ahead and take out the rest at the top.
  15. We can provide whatever guidance you need. The helmet should be easy to put together. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. It's what we're here for.
  16. Def cut out the ears, and I would trim and smooth out the lens area better. Your snout seems a little too glossy. Make sure you're painting that with a satin black. Nice start though!
  17. His name is Cucblack. Member search is your friend.
  18. Not bad. Will look better once you put it on with the soft parts. Good length on the drop boxes as well.
  19. What Marcel said is true. Also, you could check with Cucblack when it comes to helmets as well. He makes a nice one, and he's based out of South America as well.
  20. PM ShutterSith on the Florida boards and see where he got his wife's boots from. She's tiny lol.
