  1. Apologies for yet another photo dump but I decided to try to dial some of the weathering right back as per convo with GML. Have also uploaded pics to my ISG WIP but as always I would love some input /advice from you wonderful people. Just want this done now , im so close. AFIAK everything else , boots etc is okay but that can bar sorted as need be so they are still as shown previously TIA
  2. That’s what she said. Huurr rhuurrr Scout looks great. Can’t wait till het suit back to get mine cleared
  3. Looking great bill bit too clean tho 😉
  4. Right that’s okay. Cool 😀 front armour now sorted. tweaked holster boot but not hard to sort out further magic eraser pad due today if needed
  5. Bund front and cod , back and pouch Looked at the scoutopedia link for these. Hope it’s okay , knowing my luck though.. this is where I start to panic massively
  6. Cheers. Yeah the bund and pouches are all good. All pics are uploaded on ISG as well but all advice is good advice after all
  7. @Retrofire First attempt and latest. Least it’s an easy fix Latest Would value your and anyone else’s input
  8. Cheers Pete. I had to redo the front as had a wind/sneeze issue and from of armour was a bit too done ive cleaned it off and redone it. I’ll sort a pic out.
  9. Quick pic. This will lighten as it’s drying ( very fresh ) followed the images on here from other cleared and the video so fingers crossed
  10. Right. It's weathering day , temp about 9 degrees in real money and some cloud. No wind so it's time. Have everything I need and the tutorial video queued up. This way when the suit is back its dressing , pouch check and securing then clearance pics woohoo
  11. Yeah. all I’ve had to to do is cover the postage to him
  12. Chef has the flightsuit back so all being well won’t be too long now. It it stops being so damn wet I can get the weathering done lol
  13. Quick update Flightsuit off back to chef to be sorted. in mean time added Velcro to back of knees , back of belt either side of the join and the front ‘buckle box’ just in case. Also had issue with the fitted zip tie anchors coming off their adhesive backing on the shoulder so removed them , cleaned the surface and fitted new ones with new zip ties. Then I remembered the armour video that @BikerScout007did so went back and checked that , then copied the solution to fit the top anchor to the shoulder bridges. So that now has a tie anchor stuck to a piece of industrial Velcro secured to the Velcro on the bridge cover. Make the pain stop lol
  14. No matter how long it takes eh brother 😉 😂😂😂
  15. Yeah. Already spelt to him and resubmitted the correct measurements. one option he mentioned is to add an elastic section to make up the difference. This would be at a point where the bind would hide it I assume. I’ll be sending it back on Monday and it’ll be done when it’s done. it’ll be fine in the end
  16. Houston we have a problem flightsuit isn’t tall about above the waist so can’t get over shoulders. I need to remeasure and sort that That’s my mistake and it’s sortable the main thing is that all the amour fits , had to use the extensions , but the test fitting was with ISG scouts so belt bind etc all good. The upper arm t-bits are both exactly the same so the pointy bits are both the same now the crl just states there has to be a t-bit bit but nothing on the L/R orientation. Hoping that would be okay its a blip but it’s all sortable
  17. So full face helmet fit with padding and cup. Hopefully that cant be seen.
  18. Dennis made a comment about the rabbit hole of tweaking , I laughed at first but now I know better. Had wee bit of helmet wobble at sides. so I thought what can I do to sort it...then inspiration struck two bits of yellow sponge to the rescue also chin cut now fitted to make sure it stays put. I know thats optional but I want the bucket to stay put First suit up and dress fit tomorrow. tad nervous
  19. Bought some storage / transportation boxes from a DIY store over here and will line with old towels to cover the plastic surfaces. This will be for the main armour and flightsuit etc. If I need to the half round section at the back is removable This will be for boots and smaller soft goods etc gloves , blaster etc . Again will be lined with a towel . Also have all there bubble wrap from chef I can layer in between stuff to make sure all ok. And just a fun one, This is Ade , my partner Cori's eldest who's autistic and has learning difficulties. He is usually scared of costume characters but as I showed him it was me under neath then shut the lid then opened again he was okay. So naturally he wanted to try it on., He might be an honourary pathfinder lol
  20. Bucket will be nice and secure in this... The white soft covering was provided by chef , who is a god , and I bought a helmet bag. which they both fit in. nicely . This has a strap so can sling over shoulder
  21. Boots / holster / blaster / armour bits not previously shown Apologies for the photo dump but that should be everything till suited / clearance pics and you all get to see the chubbiest scout in the forest 😂😂
  22. Armour Sections inc upper and forearms plus bells and knees Bund / Cod
  23. turtle neck / dickie / neck covering balaclava The collar pic didn't work but its a flight suit open collar as per crl now with no mandarin section
  24. Its Chef's kit , we know how good it is but here , as requested , are more detailed pics of items . It's all basically manufactured to pass basic and then some assuming all fits correctly and that will be sorted when I catch up with my ISG armour for a brew and fitting. It will be getting weathered so we will discuss if that will be done post fitting and pre clearance pics as can get that done myself.. Anyway. the pics
