  1. Take two on the patches. These looking better? Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  2. I'm planning to use a wireless mic in my setup. I use one like this for my Shore and like it. I can fine-tune the volume after everything is on to help hit that sweet-spot of loudness without feedback. https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Microphone-Handheld-Amplifier-Supported/dp/B07PPDR5NT/ref=sr_1_5?crid=1WHKYL821GIIX&dchild=1&keywords=wireless+microphone+headset&qid=1627071734&sprefix=wireless+mic%2Caps%2C292&sr=8-5
  3. I will! Thanks! Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  4. Super helpful! Thanks!! Any immediate tweaks to the codpiece? So far I'm avoiding the cod crunch. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  5. Starting my last big sewing project! It's crazy how fast this kit has come together. I still have fine tuning to do but that'll be a forever task. Do here's the start of the thigh patches and butt flap. Feedback? I'm going for Lancer, fyi. The butt flap is, I think, too wide... And probably too long. I wasn't sure of the back thigh patches. 6. Wanted to mention that I made a SVG of the dog bone template. I didn't want to attempt to freehand the stitched curves... I know my limitations. Here's the link if anyone wants it. https://www.dropbox.com/s/pqjowsiwert12sq/bikerScout_bone.svg?dl=0 Alt download link: bikerScout_bone.svg
  7. Congratulations @rad! You did a fantastic job on your build.
  8. Thanks! I don't know what it is. Got it at Joann's one day. Has some stretch and puff to it. Just put two pieces together for the quilting look. No other filler was needed. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  9. Vest is done-ish. I'm sure I'll need to tweak things for a better fit. Now to work on the length for the Cod attachment. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  10. Need to add some Velcro and test the hem line for the shoulder bells but I think I've got something here. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  11. Winging making the vest from some leftover fabric I had for my Shoretrooper neck seal. Sewing these 1" ribs is a lot faster than the 4mm ribs on the Shore's undershirt. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  12. You can get a close idea of the sizing by wearing a hoodie or sweatshirt. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  13. Contact@mrpoopie . I'm scaling his files up 112% for my SC holster right now. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  14. Boots are done! Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  15. Thanks. I'll ask him. I thought I saw it in some approved Lancer applications but I've looked at so many reference images lately so I might have misremembered. @Chopper should I cut off the lip on the hip boxes?
  16. Probably. I'll figure out how I want to attach them in the back and then work on placement a bit more. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  17. Looks great!! Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  18. Looking good! Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  19. This look ok for belt placement? The boxes are about 1" from the belt. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  20. Finished the decals and very happy with the results. It's crazy how the little details finish off the bucket. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  21. Thanks! Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  22. I'm working on making my own decals for the helmet. I wanted to color match the gray to my snout color (and make them a tad more accurate). Some of the images of the snout decal show a gray stroke/outline at the top and base of the curves. Other images it looks like the black goes all the way to the top and base. Is one more accurate or are both acceptable?
  23. I have the SVG available for a free download. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  24. Yeah, I don't want it to look like I have a stubby little foot. I did switch out the laces for flatter ones and that helped a bit. Sent from my Pixel 3a using Tapatalk
  25. I made a template and cut it out with my Cricut (vinyl cutter). You can see my process here:
