  1. LOL! You're awesome, Frank!
  2. And? Is that some sort of excuse?
  3. Any luck, Frank?
  4. According to the Lancer requirements, these need to be flat headed bolts. That might be the last change needed...
  5. What are you using for your bolts on your helmet? Are those button covers or are they bolts?
  6. I'd like to welcome Ralph (jabbasdead), TB691, to the Command Staff as our newest Detachment Merchandise Officer. Ralph is a member of the Cloud City Garrison (or is it the Golden Gate Garrison - make up your mind, mate!) and we think he'll do an excellent job. Everyone's itching for a new t-shirt since it's been a couple of years and we have many more new members. There's talk of a new challenge coin, and something up our sleeves that we'll announce at a later time. Welcome to the team, Ralph!
  7. On behalf of the Command team, we would like to welcome Justin (evnltr) to the Lancer Squad. Congratulations! Now get out there and make us Lancers proud! Make sure you send a good pic to Madphisto so he can add it to the Lancer page.
  8. On behalf of the Command team, we would like to welcome Azman (Mr.Bojangles) to the Lancer Squad. Congratulations! Now get out there and make us Lancers proud! Make sure you send a good pic to Madphisto so he can add it to the Lancer page.
  9. Just got back from 2 weeks of work and play. I'll get on this tonight, Rick!
  10. Sorry it's taken us time to get back to you, Don. The rivets used to attach the thigh boxes to the webbing needs to be done another way, either by sewing or glue. Also, we need to see the back of the straps to see if the clips are used on the back as they are in the front. While you are doing that, raise the boxes up a few inches. they should not be so low slung. Check images in the galleries for comparison... Also, in your first pics, the back of the belt seems to be a bit low on your behind. The holster should not have any black markings on the front. Please fix the above and post new pics. Thanks!
  11. thanks for posting those, Alex... we hate to make it seem like we're really nitpicking your costume, but we're just not 100% satisfied yet. The fishhook appears to be still rather gunky with caulking or whatever is around it. This area needs to be cleaned up. Please provide new shots of your boots with the new holster. Also, if you could provide larger shots of you in full costume from the front, side and back, just as if you were submitting for Legion approval, that would help. The bigger the picture, the better for us to look at details. thanks for all your work and patience with this process, Alex!
  12. it also appears that the pouches may be too small. they don't look quite proportional to your body. how tall are you? Also, the vest sleeves look like a satin material. The material for the sleeves should have more of a matte finish to the cloth.
  13. Caulking? Around the lens, you mean? Also, please clean up around the fishhook on the helmet. It looks awfully "goopy" around it. In fact, the entire left side of the helmet looks dirty, but not an intentional weathering scheme. Please provide a bit more details, Alex. Thanks!
  14. Thanks, Daan. We'll get back to you shortly!
  15. Not to be a pain in the ass, but can you please post some close-up, more clear shots of all sides of your helmet, please? Belt looks good. I'd like another look at the holster and a separate shot of your blaster. Thanks, Alex!
  16. Actually, the images you posted here are lo-res. We'd like to see something "bigger" in pixel dimension, bigger than the 200x300 photos you posted. Something in the range of 400 wide. That way, we can see the details better. As a side-note, it appears that the flight suit around your legs looks a bit loose - any way you can get those to fit better? Also, can you please provide a few up close shots of the same side of your bucket as in the above shot? It looks like there's some glue on that side of the bucket that could use some cleaning up, too.
  17. Can you please provide some of these in a higher-res format?
  18. Thanks for posting, Don! We'll let you know shortly...
  19. Copy what Jay said. For SOME REASON, the Storm Commando/Shadow Scout got mixed in with the Biker Scout's CRL. Which, as Jay pointed out, is a slightly different beast than the Biker Scout. Jay and I will be working on fixing that with the LMO, Thomas Spanos. So we'll let you know once the CRL is better.
  20. Glad to see you "back on the wagon" Frank!
  21. Hey Tom, I assume you're basing some of this off of the thread here: http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=1823 Let's keep this as the OFFICIAL CRL thread as opposed to the "WIP" that Army Scout's thread is there...
  22. NICE JOB!!!! Oh, and hey, who let Jen in here?
  23. Everyone, please welcome mrbungle to the BikerScout.net Mod Staff! Tom will be the moderator overseeing the Kashyyyk Trooper forums. He's already got a scratch built bucket made and is working fervently on armor for the predecessor to the ROTJ Biker Scout.
  24. Hey Luke, have you started this project yet?
