Yes. Kriptontop aka Cucblack aka CB makes quality garments. One caveat: he was banned from selling on this forum due to shipping issues that lead to more than a few folks never getting their product. By all accounts, he has cleaned up his act, but make sure you ask for Fedex if you order. Chef was DL here before me and is XO of UKG, so his ties to the Legion are a lot stronger.

The general consensus is --- in that ballpark. The CRL scout was modeled after the picture in the costumes book. BUT...the Scout in the Costumes book is a mannequin. Not everyone is going to fit the costume the same way. Thus the variations. I advise 2-3 inches above your actual kneecap.

That is totally fine. This is recent language to the CRL (only within the last year) so not many Scouts have gotten the "just stopping at the belt" look down yet. If it stops right at the belt or goes just under, it's fine.
