Do you have a different cummerbund and codpiece by any chance? That one is not built the way they were on the show so I really don't want to use it for the CRL.

My old KS had velcro and it's a very similar construction to the SC.

Much better! Can't wait to see it with all the armor.

I'm not giving up on the Mountain Trooper just yet. If it doesn't show up in a reasonable amount of time in the park we're going to see what we can do with the sources we have.

The tubing seems to be a blend of orange and red. Like a rusty red or something like that. I think either would be fine. That tubing you have in the pic above looks good to me. We aren't going to get that specific about the particular shade of orange-red.

Bund and pouches look good! Codpiece looks too narrow, though. You wants something a little fuller

We would probably need to see the troopers in the park before we could finish the CRL. The sources currently available are not detailed enough and in some instances contradict each other.

We're still lacking good, consistent sources. We are hoping they show up in the park as live action characters soon.

I think this used to be an issue back in the day and that's why it's in the CRL. The edge that gets stitched to the undersuit isn't seen because it's covered by the bund.

Yeah there are little differences here and there. With the CRL we are going to try to get a consensus of all the parts and how they were meant to be worn. We can't allow for every single discrepancy that happens in the show. The CRL would be way too long and complicated.

Yes. I posted that somewhere but I'll just reiterate it here. The 3d model of the Scout shown in the information screen is what we are going to use to base the CRL. We will use the in-game troopers where we don't have enough info.

I use the exact same bin. It's big enough to fit everything but small enough for me to pick it up and carry it past all the people with the Huskys that are stuck going one at time on the stairs. And if I ever need wheels, I use the little folding dolly I bought from Home Depot. I use the giant bin for my Shoretrooper and I hate it. It's too big to fit in my trunk so I have to put it on my backseat.

Who is doing that? Lemme at 'em!

Okay cool. Neck seal is on the list. I won't be specifying elastic widths on the CRL so no worries there!

SC helmets are "smaller" than most Scout helmets but they aren't tiny. Here is a Scout wearing SC from head to toe. He's about your height. .

The best helmets on the market are from RS Props and the CFO/Lone Wolf. So if you want to spend the extra money to get the most accurate helmet you can, go with either of those. Kropserkel offers a comparable helmet to the SC and you can buy it as a kit for not too much money. Avoid their armor though. MonCal also has a great helmet on offer, but he does his kits in runs so you have to pay attention for when he is having his next one.

That's why all this is going into its own CRL. ROTJ Scouts won't be subject to the poor choices of the TV show.
