  1. I'm sure @Retrofire and @Chopper will be happy to give you pointers. Since they are the Level 2 review team it makes their lives easier to have an applicant who has already done their homework!
  2. Well done, Nathan! I've upgraded you to Pathfinder status. Now let's get that Lancer app in!
  3. Congrats, Brian. I've bumped you up to full Pathfinder status!
  4. No problem man! We knocked out 6 CRLs in 2020 so I had my hands full already. Looking forward to it
  5. I would say it's a very light gray. Almost silver in color.
  6. Not at all. I appreciate it! Now let's see if @yoshix gets this one done. Because no costume, no CRL!
  7. You've got a good looking build here, man. And I think with a few minor tweaks you could get this up to Lancer status. So make sure you come back to get that train rolling once you get approved!
  8. That looks like a pretty easy pass for Basic to me! You got this, man!
  9. Okay got the new Imperial Boots top. Some nice improvements, but what's with the huge Neck seal? I'm a 16.5 and this thing is huge! Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk
  10. How we doing on this?
  11. DLT-19 was added to the loadout. Give it some time to refresh to all the servers in the Galaxy!
  12. That's the problem we've run into with some of these weapons -- if they don't exist in the real world we can't add them to the CRL. I've asked for our 3d modeler friends to try to do the E-5C but it all depends on folk's free time. And if the demand is there. There is currently only one Shoretrooper Officer in the Legion and I personally know he doesn't care about the weapons loadout because all his events force him to keep the weapons in the bin. Oh, it's me As for the Heavy and the DLT-19, I've already put in a request to get this added to the LMO team. Shouldn't be an issue. I'll post up in here as soon as it's done. Thanks for your input. We'll get it done.
  13. I just went through the Heavy's draft CRL thread and no one brought it up. The only blaster that had been mentioned was the E-5C, which I believe needs to be modeled. Happy to add it though. I don't play the game so I don't know the load outs. That's why I need folks to speak up, especially during the drafting process. Adding a pre-existing blaster to a CRL is really easy though.
  14. Looking good! Glad to see you back in the game!
  15. On behalf of Command I am pleased to announce the addition of a new CRL to the roster: The Shoretrooper Heavy from Battlefront 2. I want to thank @Gertjan Koolfor getting another one of these variants done for us! Check out the live CRL here: https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:ShoretrooperHeavyBF2

  16. You've got a little bit of room to play with depending on your height of course, but doing it as close to screen accurate as possible is preferred
  17. Make sure you watch the Kropserkel video on their bucket:
  18. Reiterating Chopper's question, what kit do you have? Also I bumped you up to 501st access
  19. If that doesn't work try ABS cement. That fuses the plastic together.
  20. A one month turnaround for soft goods would be amazing. Highly unusual, but amazing. I ordered my first flak vest from Cristian and it took about 3 months. He's had shipping issues in the past but from what I understand he uses more reliable shippers now. Still, things take a long time travelling internationally and in my experience items coming from South America take longer than just about anywhere else. The only way you would get them super fast is if you made them yourself.
  21. I feel like I'm missing some context on this post, but I upgraded you to 501st access! Good luck on your approval.
  22. He came back to sell stuff Those IB boots above look pretty dang good.
  23. Of the two, my preference is toward the new IB boots -- but I would need to see a pair (or a really good review) before I could decide.
  24. The one piece look was what I disliked about them the most The film boots are Sierra Sneakers with leather covers. You can see the covers pulling up in plenty of shots. And the toes look all smashed down because the Sierra Sneaker does not have a firm rounded toe. And no one has been able to pull this look off without using the original boots. It would be great if IB or CP just provided a donor boot with the accurate sole that we could use to wrap with vinyl or leather to get us closer to the film look.
  25. The new IB boots are so new that it's hard to make a judgment on them. The pictures look very good but without seeing a pair in hand it's hard to render judgment. They are very promising, I will say that much. I've got a pair of Crowprops and they are pretty good, but need work in some areas to make them look better. Here are two reviews of Crowprops And there are plenty of folks who make great boots in the traditional manner you can reach out to.
