  1. Thanks for taking the time to do this! This is great!
  2. I'm really glad to hear that!
  3. Gotcha. I made mine from duckcloth and put the foam in it as well. Looking good!
  4. Looks good! Did you put the crescent in it yet or can I just not see it? You probably don't want it going to far between your legs either
  5. I have a DVH blaster and it's great. Highly recommended!
  6. I added a MLC chin cup to my KS bucket. Definitely helped to stabilize the thing on my head!
  7. Real tears, bruh, real tears.
  8. I'm trying not to tear up..... It is my pleasure to welcome Daniel Craig (Nexous) TB-91728 to the rank of Lancer! We put Daniel through the ringer and he delivered without complaint. Three cheers Daniel, shoot me a photo so I can add it to the Lancer page. And for the rest of you... what are you doing to become a Lancer today?
  9. Congrats buddy, I'll handle your Lancer wall picture!
  10. Or.... you could avoid the hassle and just get WW gloves
  11. Garrison Tyranus ART added today!
  12. The SC set falls in the middle of the accuracy range. But what SC has that is better than the rest is lighting fast turnaround times and superb customer service
  13. Welcome to bs.n! I would take some time to check out the forums and get a feel for the various vendors. I have my preferences as far as whom to buy what from, but everyone is different.
  14. Lots of good advice here. Nice work folks!
  15. Dewback Ridge Garrison ART added to the list!
  16. Welcome to bs.n!
  17. Welcome to bs.n. Since you are in Florida, I suggest reaching out to your local Advance Recon Team as well for assistance. The Point of Contact is Chex, who is also the Detachment leader!
  18. Can't fit much oxygen in that small tank!
  19. Not the tank, it's the device on the back of the belt that we refer to as the Thermal Detonator. And TD's come in all shapes and sizes. I always imagined ours as some sort of potato masher type grenade similar to what the Germans used.
  20. Welcome to bs.n, Chris!
  21. Go half inch on the shoulder bell straps. Think of the zip tie as extra credit for now!
  22. Hey buddy! Everything looks really great, there's just one snag we're hitting and that's your bolt covers on your lid. They're not what we're looking for in terms of being a good screen accurate replica. So we've got some options for you: 1) Take your current bolts, sand down the rounded top and then repaint it gray. 2) Use these replicas of the screen used ones: http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=10270 3) Or try using elevator bolts and painting them, such as these: http://www.lowes.com/pd_137972-37672-881003_1z0yk5s__?productId=3722660&pl=1 Let us know if you have any questions!
  23. Yes. Closer looks at photos have determined that 1/2 inch is the size used.
  24. Welcome to bs.n! You would be fine with any of those armor makers for basic clearance. For accuracy I'd stick with SC and MC. But please, look around the forums, read as much as you can and ask any question you'd like!
