MC armor's tutorial is on a CD they provide with the armor. I do not believe there are any build tutorials online.

Send bluecyclone a PM for information on makers. There is a lot of information in this forum about various helmets, complete with pictures. bluecyclone can get you contact information for the makers themselves.

Welcome Marcos. Send a PM to bluecyclone and he will get you the information you seek. The KS armor tends to be a little on the large side, there are a couple of other makers out there, MC and SC whom I would recommend much more. On the other side of the coin, KS makes an excellent biker scout helmet.

KS and SC use basically the exact same plastic. Same color, even after 2 years running, mine are similar, altho there is a lot of weathering on my bucket, hard to tell what the color really is.

Opinionwise, right now I would choose the MC armor and the KS helmet. I own SC armor and it is good, but the MC right now is just cleaner. I'm told that SC is working on new molds. Get with Marcel, his stuff is top notch.

I usually have a room full of boots I am working on and go through 4-6 tubes of Goop in a sitting. I keep telling myself I have been clean and sober for almost 6 years... Goop fumes could be discounting that statement.

There is a pretty good picture in the Episode I Visual Dictionary that looks like a handle from a scout blaster on the rifle. Perhaps you can find the book and get a better look.

If you made the vest arm opening smaller, it would pull the bottom of the bell in instead of flaring out. It needs to be tighter at the bottom of the sleeve.

Yes, I have seen elastic straps on bells around armms work and it is acceptable.

The vest sleeves need to be tacked in closer to the arm at the bottom. You need to tighten up the botton of the vest sleeve to achieve this. Biker Scouts don't have wings
