  1. They all look great! Keep up the good work!
  2. Hey Darren! Great to see you back in action! Congrats on the XO of the Clonetroopers detatchment. I am also a member of that particular detatchment. Cod piece looks good. And, well......that didn't sound right either! Keep going and cheers to you!!
  3. Hoo-Rah!! Congratulations my Kashyyyk Brother!! Way to go Ski. One more Kashyyyk Trooper added to the group!
  4. .
  5. And, yeah, Giovanni has a good chart, too!
  6. I think (I could be wrong) that the UK number is smaller than the US number. UK troopers can correct me if I am mistaken. For example: My US 13 shoes are a UK 12, and my wife's US womens size 10 shoes can vary between a UK size 7.5 to a UK 8.5. (Depending on the shoe.) Are ya confused yet? And don't even bring in the Euro sizes... I did, however, find these handy, dandy conversion charts for mens and womens shoes. Hopefully it will help when starting the ordering AFTER the shoes get created. Or at least it will give a rough idea of sizes. Enjoy!
  7. The rubber straps and rubber greeblie (back piece) on the left bicep, should all be the same lighter color of grey as the front greeblie piece. And the straps that connect the chest and back piece (over the shoulders) should also be the same lighter color of grey. Other than that, looks outstanding!! Well done Ski. (And don't forget a black balaclava for under the helmet.)
  8. Now that sounds like a future Kashyyyk Trooper!! You must have a small foot! Just kidding! I know you said it's for your wife. (But you still have to do one, too!)
  9. I'm sure everybody understands what you are saying, Giovanni. We're just excited that this is going to happen, and people just want to let you know what size they wear. I think what Giovanni is trying to say is that he will have the samples of soles in sizes 9, 9 1/2, 10, and 13 to make the molds for the shoes. That's all. If anyone else has any of these shoes in other sizes so he can make casts of them, let him know. This is not an actual order thread for these boots. This is for the casting of the sizes that he will have from samples that other members have sent in. When he is finished, I'm sure he will start an order thread. But remember, this sole is for the Jango Fett boots, Galactic Marines, and the Kashyyyk Trooper. So Kashyyyyk Troopers won't be the only ones placing an order.
  10. I would DEFINATELY go for TWO pairs of the Kashyyyk US size 13. (And probably two other pairs for my wife and daughter.) Way to go Heatshock!! Yessssss!!!! Don't rush it, Giovanni. Make them good! SolderMaster - Kashyyyk would be a good choice for your next one!
  11. At ease, soldier!! No need to salute!! Seriously, looks good. Just get the little details finished and GET THAT GEAR DIRTY, SERGEANT!!!
  12. Thanks Heatshock for having Crow62 post here! Hooray for Giovanni !!! You would make many Kashyyyk Troopers around the world very happy!!! PM sent.
  13. Well, you want to find something as close as possible to these: Different ones used could be Kenneth Coles, GBX, Wolverines. I have military boots for mine and my wife's. Since the Kashyyyk Trooper and every other clone was CGI, we have to find something as close to what we see on screen. I got this pic from a friend, but where it originated is a mystery.
  14. I could possibly do that. Do the ones that I've made look good enough for the Kashyyyk Trooper?
  15. You got the Wolverines? I would like to see how they turn out, Kashyyyk style.
  16. Looks great Darren!
  17. The same thing happened when we put my wife's together. She has arms like a girl. Anyway, we added some foam padding to the inside of the bicep. When you have the camos on and have the shoulder bell and the elbow armor on, the material (camo) bunches up a little. The foam padding on the inside keeps the bicep in place. You could probably take it in a little if you wanted. We really didn't think about it during assembly, and then it was painted, so the foam went in.
  18. Dan's right about the drop pouches. I forgot about that until he mentioned it. It will also depend on how tall you are. When you get the cumberbund and belt done, with the drop pouches hanging from them, and you have the knee armor in place, then that will give you the amount of space to determine the size of your thigh pouches. Make sense? You probably have the right size, based on the dimensions, but it will come down to positioning. That's all. They still look good. Proper flap shape and all. Also, your ammo pouches are looking good. Keep it up!
  19. Top notch there, Nate!! Well done!!
  20. That's great!! Now, what's the pounds to dollars conversion to ship THAT to the States?
  21. Hey, no worries there. Take your time. I got rejected on my KT and another costume on the first try. I let mine sit for a few months before I got the kick to get it done. I think your KT was done well. The RC sounds pretty cool, too. Work on that for awhile, and then maybe fiddle with the KT a bit. Cheers buddy!
