  1. Welcome to Bikerscout.net!
  2. You could, but I'd sand that rounded top, down a bit first.
  3. You got the 'ol 3M switch-a-roo. They basically discontinued the gray version and started sending the version in black, same part number and all. I believe it was about 2-3 years ago. Kev from KWDesigns may still have some of the gray bolts. http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=10270&hl=&fromsearch=1
  4. UGP, Sci-Fire, and Hotshot are in my blaster review. The UGP blaster is still out there and you can still get one. The HotShot blaster is no longer available. I also hit up Duff on FB. I'm sure he'll be along shortly...
  5. Great progress Barry, keep it up!
  6. I have KS armor and have replaced most of the bad elements. Actually, the KS shoulders are also WAY oversized, while the forearms and biceps are undersized. The chest/back looks close, but has some little issues too. Overall, the knees are the best part of the entire KS armor setup. Not worth the effort, IMHO.
  7. Pickup a DVH snout, TB decals (you got this one covered), 3M bolts, and a TB lens. Paint it up gloss white w/details and enjoy!
  8. Thanks for the heads up. I usually leave that stuff to the CMD staff, but it needed some attention. If you need anything, let us know!
  9. I could tell the SC (L) from the top shot. The SC visor overlap was a give away! Great comparison shots though, and glad you could pick an Altmann up. What # did you get?
  10. Thanks for the feedback. The list has been updated.
  11. Yes, I'll take a pic when I get home this evening. It was super easy.
  12. He had one, but is no longer valid (plus he's reserve).
  13. This is the only approved Swampy in the Legion. It was developed by Craig Budge (RIP sir) and worn by his wife Mel. There are 2 versions - animated and realistic. This is the "animated" version.
  14. You cross posting maniac! I have already answered you on the Spec Ops forum.
  15. Sorry for your experience. I don't think I have ever seen anyone recommend that maker. Thanks for letting the community know about your issues.
  16. The vest should be under the cummerbund. Ditch the suspenders, and add Velcro to your vest with corresponding Velcro on your cummerbund. Put the vest on and then the cummerbund, over the vest and secured with Velcro. Then, add your chest/back armor on top of those layers. Unless your bund is way too short, that should line you up.
  17. You seek an Altmann helmet. Spike may have a few left. http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=13442&hl=&fromsearch=1
