on my armor, you have a set of snaps on the inside of the front and back plate that hook to a black nylon strap that holds the two parts close together. then you have the duck cloth that wraps around the joint.\

i sewed mine to the vest , then used snaps on the bund to attach the whole thing to the chest plate.

it comes on CD, but honestly its old. i talked to Moncal last week at the Albuquerque Comic Expo (he set up his Hoth set etc) and he is planning on making a new CD thats more organized. the one that comes with the kit now is a hodge podge of pictures that someone else made, Moncal did not make the pictures etc. there is more then enough threads on here that even i used to get the kit together.
