Are we any closer to discussions on what the issues are with the CRL? Screen shot evidence to back up claims ect?

I would say you really need to remove the stitching on the pouches holding the velcro on (the square with cross stich), and the side elastics need to be off white like the pouches and drop box straps (that may well fail clearance). Add the second knee strap, tweak the barrel and scope on the pistol to look a little more real and stick her in for lancer mate

Yep those are fine, and what I would use hun. When you cut the slots in the heel, cut upto that line in the sole

Id say the bund is fine, but would give the flight suit a miss mate. The pockets and arm section would have to be removed, as will the waist pockets, those ones look tricky to get off as you may end up with a big hole where your hands go in

Is the whole baster going to be made of that rubbery resin? Id say you want something a little firmer to be honest. You dont want a floppy blaster, hyperfirm style rubber would be awesome

You can do whatever you like to the inside of your lid mate to make it comfy. Im trying to get us a new vest vendor so stay tuned. Post pics of your lid, is th best way for us to comment

Yeah they will work, but as Terry said you are going to have to paint the soles as their not supposed to be two toned. They also look steel toe capped? You can import the correct boot easily from Ebay UK or Europe mate, so why not do that an get them right to start with bro?

Play nicely big brother is watching you lol . Once we have some decent screen used images to use as reference, in the new section I have started. I dont really see this taking the sort of time scales quoted. The majority of the costume is there, we just need tweaks. I really dont see it taking that long. Why do we need to talk to Tom, Dick or Harry else where away from this board. We can use our eyes, look at the evidence and decide upon it. Can someone list here EXACTLY what you feel the issues are with this costume for me listing 1, 2 ,3 and so on if you like, It will just make it easier to discuss point by point untill resolved. Ive been sayng it for a long time, about the kashyyyks joining the lancer ranks, so yes think about this as well. This could be a higher lancer CRL like the scouts have, but I am 100% more pushed towards a CRL based off of a screen grab rather than an artists rendition. After all we are all trying to look like we could of walked off a set are we not? Tony I read you have said we are all over 18, that is not the case any more bud. We now have the Galactic academy out there, and those nearly of age are welcome here and indeed have their own section now but can see the whole board. Please post your own pictures in your own thread with a title of the part or parts you are trying to show if needs be. This will make it easier to reference certain parts, especially with the CRL discussions. If for instance the boot sole colour, post here a picture of the boot sole with boot sole in the title, just for quick reference.

Its legion policy to have blasters as optional as some countries dont allow replica weapons so we cant descriminate. But yeah stick to blasters seen on screen or in games under expanded universe such as my scout sniper rifle

I have asked Jim to open up a new thread, which is going to be placed under the CRL link. Basically it is going to be a picture reference section, now Im mainly looking for CLEAR screen grabs, as that is first and foremost what we will be using for the CRL. It would also be benificial to have other sources posted , such as the MOM us white scouts use or anything relavant really. Not really sure what this 3D reference is that keeps getting brought up, so please feel free to get that up on here also. The CRL was only recently posted and is a work in progress so, Im really keen to nail this asap. I would like to see this discussed and fimailised as best we can within say 2-3 months. I've pointed out I haven't studied the Kashyyyk in detail, but going by screen grabs alone. Are we saying thier is several colour variants seen on screen? Or are we saying that the screen seen Kashyyyk doesn't match the 3d models or whatever that were used for the CRL?

No he has some seconds in small and extra large left, i spoke with him yesterday and ordered some small for the wife.

I can see where Tony is coming from, are we saying the current CRL doesnt reflect what is seen on screen? THe CRL has only recently gone up and will require reference pictures i.e screen grabs and individual parts. It was discussed that we need more reference for the normal scout so the same will apply here. But I will say if there is something new to bring to the table, please discuss it and decide as a community. With the scout we have all sorts of reference, MOM, blue ray ect but screen grabs will always win the day as it is what we are striving to look like

Either will work really, I personally would say its easier to remove a couple of pockets on the tru spec than to make a completely new collar on the red Kap. Which ever you get will be fine bro

Rob beat me to it lol, do you have the elastic going round your arms to secure, Chex mentioned it. And it is a basic clearance requirement, but your pretty much there trooper. You want to attach the drop box straps at the back behind the belt not infront, it will make it look better also. There will be a few tweaks for lancer but we will cross that brige when we get to it
