Thanks fellas it means alot - and thanks to you TB5994 - that auction really help a person in need, it was a very nice gesture on everyones part. I'll be posting soon for more info on the armor in a few days once I get (1) set caught up and I've not forgotten anyone so please hang in there this stuff takes considerable time to put together and eats up ALOT of my personal time. Lets get them BARCs out there at the conventions and hosptials for the kids, Denise should have some updates soon as to the soft parts (and we all knows the nice work she does) so keep an eye out. ~Thanks again, Mike

Excellent warok as always Bro !!!! -
I've reached my limit on these for the moment and passed them onto Denise to try and finish up before I do any more damage.

I spoke with Armyscout, our beloved seamtress Denise and her hubby Ross this afternoon and I've decided since the initial run went well I will be opening up the list again here shortly for the upper armor and parts set as listed above, plus the extras. I can always count on these folks to pump me up So if anyone is interested, just keep an eye out on this thread as I will do the armor on a set by set basis, no long run lists and such, but something more casual that fits my schedule more like a one by one kinda thing this way I have alot more control over what goes out the door and a closer relationship with the fan I'm making them for. On an added note - Ross and Denise have alot of new material on the soft stuff so be on the look out for more spectacular things to come on this front as well, which I'm very fired up about. BTY the cod and shins are ready for final molding as well as the small BARC belt - which will be made of the same rubber and backed with material. I'm going to try and make the shins out of rubber making them one piece, as well as the toe armor as well. I'll post progress pics on this once the final mold is done and I move forward. Thanks everyone, and I'm always here if you need help with anything - old school style of costuming ~Mike

The corners would look a little more round if the pad was thicker. Two things I noticed I will change on version 1.1 1. Make pads about 1/8 thicker. 2. Belive it or not the knuckle pad is not as long as the back of hand pad, I just noticed this. and possibly increase the gap between the pads a tad. Without the camo material the soft stuff is gonna have to wait for the time being. I have way to much stuff to finish up and don't want to rush anything. I want to prototype everything first for refinement issues. It takes me a while to do this plus work on other projects I have in the works. Feel free to work up something of your own if need be, the more ideas the better. I plan on passing these off after they are done as well.

Yeah, I'm going to throw down some black ink on it tonight to deepen that seam and around the rubber piece.
-
The pieces are probably seperate but I never seen them with a gap between them so I sculpted them together with the seam sculpted in. It was also easier to attach to the glove as well.

I told Ross there has been a delay. He has the info in the pm I sent him.
