  1. Take a photo from the front, as I can't see the inside portion of the vest sleeve.
  2. As far as I know, there's no place that fits the criteria for the bag "out of the box". The one I used for the CRL was modified from a base bag that I found, of all places, at Urban Outfitters. It was on clearance, so I don't believe it's available anymore. I replaced the straps with cotton webbing and affixed them with chicago screws. You're looking for a black nylon or other "shiny" material bag with a single zip on top that generally fits the specified dimensions. This one may work, if you're able to mod it: https://losangelesapparel.net/products/rnb540-nylon-pack-cloth-gym-bag?variant=32495735210046 You'd need to remove the existing straps and either replace or paint the white zipper.
  3. Small circular velcro tabs are another option, if you are having issues with keeping the front visor closed:
  4. I'm not totally sure what you mean, but if it can't be seen then that's a personal preference.
  5. I can tell you is that on my own ROTJ scout boots, the velcro is 1", but the stitching that shows on the outside is about 20mm. I don't know how many GMLs are going to ask you to put a ruler on the boot velcro for basic clearance, but I'd check with them if you're unsure.
  6. You might be able to get the velcro moved over to give you a bit more room. Otherwise, you will need a new bund.
  7. The lower edge of the butt flap should approximately be at the green line.
  8. Eyeballing it, but I'd put the flap at about here, in green. For basic clearance, I'd hold off on surgery on the front riding patches, depending on GML preference.
  9. Template is in this post:
  10. Can you see the two bars from the side view? If so, then yes, probably. Ask your GML. There is a template for the dogbone on here. Let me find it and I'll post the link.
  11. I do not recommend trying to cut or modify the Keep Trooping boots. Doing so will likely ruin them. Pull your knee armor up about 1 inch/25mm.
  12. It looks like an issue with the flak vest sleeves, not the flightsuit. You could also try loosening the shoulder armor elastic a bit.
  13. For basic clearance, I don't see any overall major fit issues with your kit. The one item that should be addressed is the sleeve width. You should get the sleeves brought in a bit, so that they don't fold and crumple so much. See photo. If the vest is already being altered, you could also hem it so that it's about 1.5"/38mm past the edge of the shoulder bell, but that's a Level 2/Lancer requirement. The new pouches look much better than the brown ones that were supplied. You can get rid of the brown ones.
  14. While Imperial Boots/Keep Trooping has other issues with their boots, particularly for ROTJ L2, I believe this is the first time the velcro strip has been raised as a problem. Measure the stitching strip on the outside. Is that 1"?
  15. A few notes: The mando scout does not use the 1/2" elastic around the tank. Also, there should not be a rivet at the bottom of the tank for the mando scout. That's a ROTJ scout feature. https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:Scout-Trooper-The-Mandalorian Back Armor Gloss white or semi-gloss. Moderate to heavy desert-brown toned weathering. The back armor has a center tank attached. The top of the tank is flat with a detail piece painted black: Top detail piece uses the same greeblies as seen on the screen-used armor. Top detail piece has a red line detail. OPTIONAL: The tank may or may not have a black stripe detail. OPTIONAL Level two certification (if applicable): Weathering adheres to production sources. Greeblie is affixed to the top of the tank with a silver rivet.
  16. Much better. Looks good
  17. 1" elastic is what was used but that is neither required nor mandated in the CRL.
  18. No, I wouldn't worry about that. Plus once you hang the shoulder bells on there it'll sit a bit lower.
  19. Congrats on your approval
  20. FYI I used the industrial sticky velcro without any additional glue for my scout and I can tell you that it's still firmly adhered after about 8 years. It sticks pretty well as long as the plastic is clean when you adhere it.
  21. Some people attach to belt to their cod or flight suit to keep it from slipping down in front. It is not a requirement and not everyone needs the modification.
  22. Maybe sag it the bund a little bit lower, but you're in the ballpark.
