I lost a lot of the pics with photbucket , but here is what I have Hengstler Rear Sides Then covered with Perspex red which I can find the oic off Two lights under the touch Then glued to the M Plate All the wires put through to the end where I joined them and out in a battery holder. Again pictures lost Here it is finished I have a hidden on/off switch just under the cheek piece

I ran a wire from the bottom inside of the Hengstler to where it is closest to the body and near enough touches it. That way the wire is basically well hidden amd can’t be seen.

It comes 100% scaled , however once you have the template you will need to adjust the length by extending or shortening for your own waist size. Also make sure you measure the waist size with your body armour fitted

I don’t know of anyone making kits , but I done my own , all you need is red led lights , wiring , on/off switch and battery connection , if you look at my build it’s there.

Hi Ken With reference your abb greeblies , that will be up to your GML, also the LMO had stated the greeblies on the 850 abb where not good enough so personally I would change them. Here is a better angle for your medium boxes , you can see the angle is a lot larger in width size and not just a strip

Hi Ken Most guys who have 850 have replaced the abb greeblies as the ones on the 850 armour are not the greatest pull or detail. I would also add to the he shape of your medium box with the top angle

For me Anovos is the best for accuracy Out if the two you have suggested I would go with SGB

Yea KW has this little step on his kit but as it’s so small the pull is not the sharpest , i filed mine back a little to get the sharp edge.

Vanguard application KW Designs armour with resprayed to the correct colour Anovos helmet. Helmet . Helmet base color is Sahara Beige. . Chin Cup and strap added (hard hat chin strap with cup with 3 cup cut outs). . Lenses are curved. . Second ridge on top of the tear drop that's sits against the lens must be present. . (Optional) Under the blaster shield and above the lens, there is the black recess curve, at each end there are 3 oblong shaped recess each 5mm x 3mm. . (Optional)The 6 closed vent slots on each side of the helmet are slightly angled forward towards the face. . (Optional) Small rectangle recess at the top inner mandibles (optional). . (Optional)The rear end of the ear plate is slightly angled forward towards the face. Neck seal and Shirt . The neck seal is dark grey/charcoal grey color. . The neck seal and bib fitted zip that zips from top to bottom. . Armour base color is Sahara Beige. . Plastezote is desired for the foam on the belt, however plastezote material style is acceptable. Plastic sheet for the armor on top. Breeches . Breeches have the correct stitching lines and the diamond shape pattern on the inside of the knee area. . Breeches have two vertical rows of lace holes with black laces that run from beneath the outside of the knee to the bottom of the leg. Shins . Armour base color is Sahara Beige. . The top layer on the rear raised cover strip ends under the top buckle strapping and the bottom layer continues to the top edge. Boots . Boots must be Orca Bay Brecon Chelsea Boots (Havana, Sand or Elk all acceptable when weathered correctly). E22 . Base is based on S&T Airsoft sterling with closed working parts (no spring) . Screws used are M4 x 25mm Allen screw/bolts and sunken Allen screws for power cylinders . Sling is fitted with Talon quick release 25mm swivel.

One single shim all the way across the under arm bridge will be much better . If you have more pictures off all your armouer post them up and I will advise if anything’s needs done, like your shins front back and sides, back armouer etc

Hi Adrian Welcome to the boards and great costume choice. I cant see all off your armouer yet but what I have seen I advise the following There should not be a overlap between front and back armouer joint. The joint should be hidden as part of the front or back over lap. As you can see here the center joint is one part From what I see on all your cover strips , you have not added the step at the end, yours are all flush They should be like this These are fixes you can easily rectify If you post up all pictures of your armouer I can look and advise and help you with building the best armour you can. The correct blue is ford Nordic blue , Himalaya blue is very close, however the magic ingredient to get the correct blue grey colour is the final added layer of grey ageing spray , this light spray changed the whole way the blue looks
