I kept mine in and used it as an advantage buy using the material with Velcro to hold mic and batts and fans in place

The belt width is 3" , length all depends on your waist size with armouer on. Rob Kittell on FB makes great belts with rear adjustment buckles

As your doing the squad leader doing the blue now is no issue Just make sure you Mark up correctly where your buckles and blue meet. If your screwing into fiberglass , drill a hole first that is slightly smaller than the screw , if you try and screw straight into it without doing that first it will crack

It really depends on what armour you have as some are bigger than others. Most have just been matching the picture to their armouer so their is no exact size.

Hi Darren The biggest thing that stands out at me is the hip armouer size , it is overall way to small , here is a comparison of yours to what it should look like As you see it needs more length at the front, the sides don't even come around the sides and basically you have no rear straps, because of this your 3 cartridges and oil pouch are in the wrong place. What Version of his armouer is this Darren ?

The Sahara Beige is the correct colour , the Anovos helmet is not Sahara Beige is a complete different shade , close but noticeable, the weathering is not the greatest ether mate . I have an Anovos and I just masked of the lens and snout and the black around the blaster shield and resprayed. mask chipping first layer remove masking

I think you have answered your own question compare both and decide what looks best For me personally it's 1. Anovos 2. KW Designs 3. BSP

It's a oil bottle pouch that normally comes with the Yugoslavia JNA ammo pouch that is attached to the straps , I have not seen them sold separately. Have you got your ammo pouch already ? If not search for one with the oiler pouch , if you have you will need to search for a seperate oilermpouch on its own which may be hard to find or buy a new pouch with the bottle
