  1. I think the positioning on that looks good. @MrPoopie?
  2. Looks like it sits a bit lower and about 1.5 inches from the front of the chest armor. Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk
  3. I got 2.5 wide by .5 high. Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk
  4. Okay just give me a bit to pull mine outta the bin and take some measurements
  5. Do you have a Shoretrooper kit handy? If not, I'll take a measurement off mine.
  6. Chest armor is coming out great! Sent from my LM-G710 using Tapatalk
  7. That might work from a distance for the main photo. though it need to be parallel to the edge of the armor. You're close but just a few degrees off. But for a close up that needs to be an indent. Same as the Scout or Shoretrooper. And then painted black. I think @MrPoopie had the right idea about how to approach it. And we should probably let KB know to add that to his design so his future pulls are correct.

  9. Then the armor maker missed it, because it's there.
  10. Looks to me like it's the same rectangular detail found on the Scout and the Shoretrooper. Looks too even to be damage.
  11. That's a good point. It looks like on the Black Series figure there's a big blob of weathering there that kind of hides it from a quick glance. But it's definitely there. So how do we get that on the armor?
  12. I'll incorporate some of those but just FYI -- I write CRLs to aid the costumer. I don't write instructions to armor makers on how to build things. The pictures are there to cover that stuff. I'll note details where they are really pertinent, but we don't need a complete breakdown of each armor piece. If it's wrong, it's not going to get approved.
  13. While I'm editing the last few photos, would you gents mind taking a last pass through the CRL and see if anything needs correcting?
  14. I feel ya dude. We have a massive fire out here and it looks like Mordor outside. I can white balance your armor.
  15. Yeah for sure. Although I usually take summers off. I let the new guys handle the heat And if I thought I was going to melt, I'd probably just wear my Scout or Shoretrooper!
  16. I have the CR-6 and the Ender 3 Pro. I don't have the Ender 3 Pro fine tuned to print PETG yet, so I've only done PLA on it.
  17. Just a little update. I decided to switch to PETG for the big armor pieces and after some trial and error I've got my CR-6 pretty well dialed in. Making some good progress on the back armor
  18. Welcome to the Pathfinders, forum! Here's a great place to get started: http://forum.501stpathfinders.com/index.php?/forum/3-the-rotj-biker-scout-armory/
  19. Oh gosh I hope not because we'll probably need a Season 2 CRL!
  20. Hey Mountain Trooper fans Disney had a big roll out of Batuu-themed merch this past week. We should keep an eye out for anymore MT references. Besides the solo release of the Black Series MT at stores, there is a new Batuu download for Sims 4, and this guide: https://www.amazon.com/Star-Wars-Galaxys-Edge-Travelers/dp/0760366748/ref=sr_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=galaxys+edge&qid=1599086976&sr=8-3 If anybody comes across any new Mountain Trooper sources we haven't seen yet, please let us know!
  21. The CRL for this costume may be found here: https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:Scout-Trooper-The-Mandalorian?fbclid=IwAR3O8zmyZVlpiDyUhz1SCR_oVPnLr0bA4DfkrMfB5TWY6L-XwvYzGYHE14Q
  22. Hey Cory As others have mentioned, this costume just went live as of today. @Zeronin is going to be your best source for info, as he was our CRL model. That is his build thread. Just please be patient with us, as this is a new costume, we aren't quite as sharp as we are with some of our older CRLs.
  23. Attention, a new CRL has been added to the Pathfinders Roster! TB- Scout Trooper - The Mandalorian is now available for approvals. https://databank.501st.com/databank/Costuming:Scout-Trooper-The-Mandalorian Thanks to @Zeronin for helping us get this done. This costume went on a very long journey and we are pleased to finally make it available to you all.
  24. @Hask can help guide you through this.
