    To be honest KS does have a nice helmet. SC has more accurate armor.

    I've made about 8 pairs of white and 3 pairs of black both with the thinner stuff and the thicker grained vinyl. I'd start over. Also a heat gun can be your best friend along with another set of hands when it comes to the toe area. I couldn't get em perfect without the wife and my cheap heat gun.

    Tap talk but I just use the browser on my iPhones and iPads. They work way better than the apps.

    RS also has a very nice scout helmet. Full abs.

    It's gonna be 6 months plus wait on mc I just ordered shoulder bells and a belt from em and its a 5 month wait on that. Sc has about a 2 week turn around most of the time.

    I know what you mean. I'm 6'7" and tried to put together two different sets of TK armor I never could get the back piece on either to set right. Both AM and RT mod. So I sold the AM and threw the RT in a box in the closet and put together a shadow scout. I got so depressed over it I didn't want to paint my new scout buckets or even have anything to do with Star Wars. Walk away from it ! I'm bring scout up to lancer specs not a lot at all to do but I have to take baby steps after he TK fail. It's just something that comes with the hobby. My endor Sargent is a pain in butt right now!

    Yes dropping them is a biggie. I never done it but have come close. After putting together my daughters 5 piece abs helmet I see why most people choose plastic over Fiberglass. I have two mc and a cb in fiberglass and love em. Only way I'll change is when I get my hands on a RS props helmet. Durability is what I found to be key.

    That's how I have mine from the armor and just a hanging. Makes life easier.

    No helmet produced is "spot on" like was said every damn helmet is different. You pull three helmet from the same mould all three are different. Every proton pack shell I've pulled all varied from one to the other. I prefer a CB over all else because it's a bit more roomer and I like the way it looks on me. I'm gonna stop there before I start on the Efx.

    Someone over on the legion board "was" offering micro fans. They would work perfectly for a TB bucket. Might wanna check into it.

    I've spent hours comparing my CB with the screen used helmet and I can't figure out what's throwing him off. It's damn close in every detail. I'm sticking with CB.

    I think it's about the same size as the screen used one. I have a CB I've compared it to KS and a MC it's about the same size as the KS. However I'll let one of the old pros chime in.

    I just got me some very very light blue contacts,I couldn't get me glass's on when wearing my CB bucket. Now as soon as the bucket comes off the contacts come out! I prefer glass's over contacts. Last troop I was on I had one get stuck under my top eye lid and I had to gooch eye the rest of the troop.

    You guys will get your items. It took me three months to get my suit,flak vest and cummerbund. It took over two to get the bucket. Plus customs is staying backed up. Once they scan you'll be able to track it.
