  1. Looking good there! I see weathering on the bund and pouch, and on the boots, but I see none on the rest of the armor. That should prolly be evened out with some light weathering in spots like you did on the boots and bund. Your drop boxes are uneven. They should rest squarely on your side, and your right box needs to come up just a tad to match the height up your left. You had already mentioned the bund sag so it sounds like you have that covered. I can also see a little bit of the bund ribbing under your belt in the front as well.
  2. Also, what glue are you using on the boots? Picture help. If we can see what they look like, we can offer solutions easier.
  3. My KS I ordered built, so it just stays up on it's own for the most part.
  4. Pull your belt down. You don't want any of your bund showing below the belt. Also, your drop boxes could stand to come down a little. You don't want them so high as they're touching the belt. Can't tell, do you have the straps and suede mods on your legs? Bucket looks good, what film are you talking about putting on it? Reflective film is not canon or approved.
  5. Looking good though. That's a nice looking bucket.
  6. Honestly, most of the time it's cheaper to purchase a kit then it is one that's been built. SC really is the way to go.
  7. Looking good. Bring your pouches in a bit closer, to the edge of the ribs on your bund.
  8. Looking forward to seeing your progress, Katherine.
  9. Well there ya go. Chef to the rescue!
  10. What exactly do you need to know. Jeff (SC) is also a member here. Just ask the questions you have. We might be able to answer them for you.
  11. I seriously dislike artists who don't do their homework when it comes to Star Wars characters.
  12. Thanks for the update, Centuri. We'll get back to ya.
  13. And actually we accept 5 or 6 ribs. So she's good to go as far as the ribs are concerned.
  14. I've used bondo all over my animated arc trooper, and never had a problem with it melting plastic. I've never even heard of bondo melting plastic. MLC and CB make good fiberglass buckets, with MLC being the better of the two. KS used to be the go to bucket for ABS, but SC has come a long way, while KS has declined due to poor pulls, and sometimes shoddy builds for buckets ordered built already. LW makes the best ABS, and possibly the most accurate of any out there. It all comes down to what you put into it, to get it looking the way it should look.
  15. I wouldn't really say a need, but a competitive market place can be a good thing. If you want to make your own bucket, and put kits out there for others to buy, that's up to you. We have some quality kits out there, but there's always room for more. It's all up to you though. I'd def be interested in a concept bucket though, possibly the armor too.
  16. What Chef said. But as far as customization, what you see on the screen is canon and that's all we will approve. No customization. After you get approved, some scouts do patches on shoulder bells, some paint shoulder bells for non canon tfoops too. I say keep it canon all day everyday lol
  17. They're acceptable. But if you can, might as well shoot for accuracy right from the start.
  18. Looking forward to seeing your scout come together.
  19. Don't be afraid to ask questions. It's what we're here for. Looking forward to seeing your build pics. Have fun!
  20. Looks really good. Can't wait to see it finished.
  21. Looking forward to seeing you achieve Lancer, Juan!
  22. Very nice recovery. One thing though. I'd go with a satin black on the snout instead of a glossy black. If you want to do glossy on the aerator, go for it, but do satin on the snout base.
