I just ordered one of these blue tooth mics. I really hope it works https://www.amazon.c...ooth+microphone

I know the cod has the batting in it. I am doing the cod separate. So the part that goes up behind the bund and connects to ny vest, does that have batting or is it empty?

I noticed that also. I have to take the boxes out and re iron them a little. I will prob hit them with a little starch. I may have to put a small piece of Velcro at the top of the box and under the top flap. (Fabri tac here I come)

Wow to be honest I wasn't expecting this response LOL. I am not in any real rush. My next event is not until June for SW weekends and LEGOLAND. I am just excited to get my hands on the pieces. My first full set was SC but it was second hand( about ten years ago), and the person who originally had it I think just threw it together. It was a very sloppy job. I was able to make it work back then and I got my 501st approval. I just figured it was time to upgrade. So to be honest I am just excited to get the pieces so I can finish up. (They are a early birth day present to my self LOL) -
Ohh I know thats why I said 99% done I was just excited and wanted to see how they looked. Are the tabs double layered? would you suggest Velcroed to the bun or sewen?

I am 99% done with my pouches. Please take a look and tell me what you think. I know the flap on the rt pouch needs to be re ironed to get the seam hidden. Now I just have to figure out how I am going to attach them to my bund. Speaking of now that my pouches are done I can now do the lines on my bund. Comments and constructive crit

Thanks for the fast response.. -
The last thing I purchased from them until recently was my bucket about 10 years ago. About two weeks ago I ordered a new belt, hump,TD and various greeblies. I know on his site he quotes about 30 days for individual parts. I was just wondering with peoples recent experience is that quote pretty accurate? Does he get stuff out early some times?

I will prob get them done this weekend. (my mother in law does the actual sewing for me LOL)

I was thinking about this on the way into work... I have my pouches measure out exactly 5X6X2.5. If I sew on the lines inside out. Am I going to lose some surface space? So they are actually smaller than I measured? In reality should I be marking them at 5.5X6.5X3.0 giving me an extra quarter inch on each side so it takes into consideration what the stitch is going to use? Am I making sense?

Updated the thread...

I may be WAY over thinking this... I have these pouches right now... I know these are ok to use. But I want to get them Lancer ready and I know the front stitching is no bueno. What I may do is just take one apart and use it as a pattern....

That's one of my problems trying to figure out how to print it at the correct size....
