Ok. Mine came with 35mm white elastic. I will just buy cotton webbing to replace the stuff that i cut (after i make the slot bigger somehow)

So I can just use non elastic webbing and that will be good for basic clearance and lancer?

I have been trying to find the material that people use to prevent the camel toe effect on this. So you make the codpiece and attach the (what looks like plastic or fiberglass) to the bottom half section?
