  1. So you just used hot glue for those spots on the lens?
  2. Wow. Move along is right.
  3. Great! Thanks for the help. What'd you use on the lens? I trimmed mine down last night and attempted to heat the scraps but came to the conclusion that I'm not going to do that because I warped the clarity of the lens.
  4. Good note Joe, I'm going to use that idea.
  5. Blaster finished. Any issues?
  6. Wow looks so awesome! Congrats!
  7. My helmet came in today. Applied the decals but the head gear doesn't fit unless I'm doing something wrong. I'm going to paint the inside, trim the lens for install, and figure out a headgear alternative. Also got a new jumpsuit in since the original was way to big. Oh yeah and the snout will need painting and assembly.
  8. Ok thanks Jim, I'll keep him in mind. I received the trooperbay one and my MLC just came in today!! I'll post pictures in a bit.
  9. Was this the New Image bucket that was already mentioned on an earlier thread? We've been trying to see if anyone had bought one yet.
  10. Perfect! Thanks
  11. Hey everyone, I want to get the supplies together for my MLC that should be coming in sometime this month. As far as the lense goes I was thinking about getting one of those large face shield and then cutting it to size with the dremel. The one I was looking at is clear so I'll just apply to tinting to it to darken it up. Am I making too much work for myself? Any other suggestions? Thanks
  12. A couple issues were pointed out to me and I'll make the adjustments. I'm going to try to round off the dog bone some more. This was my third cut of them. I'm also going to fix the rear closure of the left boot since it's flipped.
  13. Looks great! I can't wait till my armor arrives.
  14. Thanks Chunk! Just to update a little. I did a second fitting on my bun yesterday. It's coming along nicely.
  15. Congrats! Looks good!
  16. I didn't sew it back in, I just used the glue from my boots. Sealed it up just right.
  17. NewImage's website just popped back up. The prices are lower than they were earlier this month. I've already ordered my bucket but I'm still very curious about these guy's quality.
  18. I take the pictures with my iPhone and use the picframe application. Then I add the finished picframes to photobucket. The original stuff I bought was wrong so I'm going to use something different.
  19. I just use a regular photo .jpg file format to load into photobucket. Check the file format.
  20. Thanks! I haven't seen it anywhere, but do I throw another rivet on the other side (archside)? I'm probably going to do it anyways unless someone steers me in a different direction.
  21. Hey, just looking at the way your pictures are popping up, I just ran into the issue where I couldn't load anymore pics. I recommend that you load them through photobucket so the pics show up larger. I just did it and it's real easy to cut and paste the link for the pics. Good luck!
