I have the ears cut out and also have a fan installed above my forehead, it's a 5mm thin squirrel blower, hooked up to a 4 x AA battery holder, works well keeping the lens clear at warm troops, at cooler troops I find I don't even need the fan. Lot more airflow in a Biker helmet than many other helmets I wear

  16. X3 for hot glue BUT mine came loose so I used hot glue in a few key areas then applied silicon in the rest as it has some flex, hasn't faulted so far
  17. Nice work, I'd look at removing some of the V's from the sole too. On the originals some of the slots are a different size to others.

  23. From memory I only had to modify the shoulders, trim a slight taper and round off the corners.
  24. Looks like the marker they have used has bled into the material. I would contact the vendor first before attempting a fix but if you get no help you could try mineral turpentine or some polish.
