  2. I know there was a lot of time put into it. However I wish they would have gotten it more accurate for folks here in the states. I figured they would have went the same route as the kids size biker which is pretty accurate.
  3. I painted one a few years back and used dupli-color. Turned out nice.
  4. It's hard to do in a TB. It gives your back a s shape.

  6. Great news about the 5 piece belt. I had a up coming scout mention you guys had a one piece belt now.

  9. 1.5" for the drop boxes 2" for the belt closing.
  10. That's not elastic it's cotton webbing. I can't recall off the top of my head how much I used. However it'll differ some what from person to person. The two straps coming from the drop boxes will riveted onto the cloth belt at the back behind the TD.
  11. Here's my current MC belt setup.
  12. All you need to do is Dremel the recessed areas out enough to get the strapping through. I'll get a pic here in a sec.

  14. If it's a SC belt then it's simple. Just E6000 the three pieces together and clamp for 24 hours.

  20. Light grit sandpaper or very fine steel wool is your friend. Man I do agree the lad went a bit overboard with the rattle can....
  21. The movie way is a bit better. You can remove your tank easily if need be.

  23. Your gonna have to knock the black paint off before you prime it. There's a couple of ways to do it 1 you can sand it off and repaint 2 you can take some super fine steel wool and knock the black spray paint off and maybe not have to repaint it. It's up to you and how much weathering it has on it.
