Did you prewash the material before making the bund? Reason is I made the perfect fitting bund, wore it to a very hot SoCal con & came home & washed it. It shrunk over 6". Now I prewash all my material in hot water & throw in the dryer on high before I make any vest or bund. This way there is no shrinkage after its made. If the material was prewashed before making you can just thorw it in the washing machine. But if not then I suggest washing it by hand with Woolite & hanging to dry.

Wampa Wear run extremly small. I wear Sith Armor Med & they fit perfect. I had a pair of XL Wama Wear & they were tight, even around my forarm. Currently I belive WW is the only maker of Scout gloves. I would reccomend at least buying 1 size larger.

Good thing about that last tub with stickers it is TSA cleared. It meets all the required dimentions to fit on most air lines. I took 2 to Florida for C5.

Its all a matter of preferance. I use a knock off Under Armor i got from Ebay for $18.

I used "egg crate" foam in mine. Piece on the back & top. Fits like a glove.

Why don't you just paint the soles with acrylic paint. You can find it at Walmart or any hobby shop for under $2.00 Other than the glue coming up from the toe strip, they look fine. Acrylic paint will flex & bend & will not flak off.

Think this should be moved to the Hard Armor section. But onto the subject. What size fellow are you? Im a larger Scout & I wear the SC chest & back fine. Im 5'8 & 250ish

Painting is always better. This will not keep it from Lancer.

The bicep armor needs to be moved a lil forward. Pretend you nose is 12', butt, 6' & arms 3' & 9'oclock. The biceps greeblies should be at 3 & 9. Also the TD tube mite need to be painted a darker gray. Jeffs supplier has switched up to a very lite gray, needs to be darker. Other than these minor fixes, looks good.

Go to Walmart & go to the auto parts section. You can buy a Bondo fiberglass repair kit for under $15. Very easy to use & will fix your problem. Repair the crack from the back & it will be stronger than ever. I had to do this on my chest plate.

My wife is 5'7 & 115lbs & she wears an SC helmet just fine.

Made a few pairs of boots ALL wil E-6000. I use a large tongue depresser to spread the glue. Never had an issue, plus any glue that spills out can be rubbed off without any damage to the boot. Once I've streached the toe cap minimum of 3X, I unpin 1 side of ther boot, & squeeze E-6000 all over that side & smear with the tongue depressor & repin. Then repete on the other side.

Single layer is fine & real suede WILL NOT fray.

Just buy another holster from SC for your new boots.

Modding Nerf guns into Star Wars Blasters is always fun. There are endless possiblities by adding just a few household items. I used the Clone Wars Commander Blaster as my base & added some pvc pieces, couple brass knobs, 7-Up bottle(for scope lense) & a Nerf NStrike collapsable stock.

Im about your size, 5'8, 250lbs & I wear a mismatch of armor. But I have found that SC does have large chest & back plates. You should be fine with ordering from them. I have SC chest & back & here's how I wear it.

2" black elastic for around the thighs & 3/4" if you wanna make stir ups. 2" black NON sticky velcro for the vest, 2" white NON sticky velcro for the bund. 2yds of black cotton canvas for the vest, 3yrds of white/off white cotton canvas for tge bund & pouches.

Open up your machine, blow out all the dust & lint, then add a few drops of 3-1 oil to all the springs & moving parts. It nothing too technical, maybe 2-3 screws. My machine has 2 screws, my moms has 3. Depending on your machine either open the end or remove entirly. (Mine comes off, moms swivels like a door) my machine snags on the hook velcro when its dirty. Once oiled sews like it was brand new.

I will take close ups tomorrow for you. I gently hit the KS belt with s heat gun from about 2 feet away. Soon as it was soft I placed it around my wife's waist to get the perfect fit.

My wife is a size2 & she has a 1pc KS. Im jelous of her because on her there is just a small gap between the hard belt & the ends of her thermal detonator.

They are custom made to "your" measurments. So you can wear your brace & meassure around it. I was the 2nd person in the USA to get them. Sonce then Francois has opened an online store called Imperial Boots.

SC will do just fine.

You'd be wise to stay away from this guy. People still waiting 2 years for product they ordered. He has made some BS attempt to get their item if they choose to pay more to ship by FedEx.
