wow that sucks.. I ordered my KS and it didn't took more than a week to get here. I wonder what might have happened.. have you tried contacting them to see if they've sent it or if they can provide you with a tracking number?

This is the part where you gotta dress yourself up in patience... hehe, It happened to me back when I started the journey but with a TK. I couldn't wait lol, i was happy all the time. It's happening all over again, but not at a 100%... i still haven't purchased an the armor kit... but the boots are being constructed as we speak. Ugh, it's annoying to wait so much but it is totally worth the wait! Btw Jasmine, which helmet did you get?

As far as i know, scout should only use Pistols, not E-11. And in non-cannon events you can use anything you want... E-11, Pistol, Wizard Staff, Rocket Launcher, Lightsaber... etc lol

What references will you be using for your suede patches? can you share a link? I've been looking at some threads but I haven't been able to find that helps me HOW exactly i should sew this

KS is a very nice helmet. I don't have anything else to compare it to about accuracy, but it's definitely a good helmet for starters and it's super easy to build. And not that expensive

You worked fast! looks absolutely beautiful. I used KS on mine but I didn't liked them so I ended up getting some decals from trooperbay, they were much much easier to put than the KS ones. BTW, that snout greeblie isn't KS, what did you used?

Hey there guys, I got my cummerbund the other day and I haven't done anything with it.. just staring at it I don't know what do do when it comes to the pouch placement, maybe I need to search a bit more.. but since I've got like 4 questions, I'll just make a thread. (Hoping I won't bother anyone!) Should there be an exact pouch placement? How am I supposed to attache the pouches? Do I stick them to the CB with velcro like this? and the elastic on the back, does it goes velcroed OUTSIDE the CB? Or inside? And also, should I wait for the armor to arrive so I can decide where to place the pouches? Am I missing something in this puzzle? I'm super confused with all of this... thanks !

are those cotton straps 2"? did you got them online or locally?

I cut those in a moment, but here's a picture I took of the helmet. It's not completely finished, i still need paint the helmet inside with black, glue the lens, and buy the mc snout (i sent him and email a couple of days ago and he hasn't replied it yet) and buy the 3M bolt covers

do you mean the black lines or the two grey decals?

so far, it has been mine too! my hand was all shaky and i didn't wanted to ruin the helmet.. luckily it doesn't looks bad. it looks weird of course, it was hand painted but as i said before i'll scrape off the excess paint and try to make the paint look as smooth as possible

sorry for not updating in a while, i haven't done much on it except wait for new decals which arrived today. i placed them and it looks beautiful. one thing i noticed is that trooperbay's snout decal is different from the KS'. didn't had the black line surrounding the grey area, so i went ahead and searched for a while until i found a picture that showed me how i should paint the black line.. so i found it. from CCBacara's helmet thread i do realize this area looks a bit different, since his helmet is an MLC and mine is a KS.. it didn't stop me though I didn't had any masking tape, so it made it a bit more tougher but i eventually drew CCBacara's "pattern' with a pencil and hand painted it then with satin black. It looks a bit off, but i'll later scrap off the excess paint so it looks just right. Here's how it's looking so far:

Nice, this looks very nice. I got my old hasbro which I'm not using anymore since i bought a better e-11 blaster, so if this seems 'do-able' to me, might do a sniper rifle too!

I sent an email to MC about the new solid snout w/ riser plate. i'm just waiting for a reply so i can send the pp, i ordered a cummerbund from LSFW too, and a new set of decals from trooperbay so let's see how this turns out!

thanks a lot! i'll probably go with the solid one, i'm not too confident about installing screen mesh on small places, i kind of screwed some mesh in my Tk's mic tips.. one last question, solid or hollow, both are lancer approvable?

hey guys i'm about to purchase MC's snout, but I've no idea what's the difference between the old snout, the new snout, with or without the riser plate and solid or hollow... it's SUPER confusing and i don't want to end up something that will later need to be replaced for my lancer application... P.S: I'm REALLY sorry if this question has been asked before, I tried using the search function but it seems that with the new skin it's disabled. it didn't find any results.
