Not heard of not being able to use the laces, mine all function and pull up tight??? Agreed with the guys better to cut your losses and start over at that stage, I use a hot air gun. We just don't get heat here in the cars many days of the year here lol. 2-3 stretches is the norm

Can't see in the full body shots, but can on the close up. Did you remove the White helmet rubber trim? -
Looking forward to watching your build

Looking at the pictures you have posted it is clear the pouches are longer than they are wide, yours look more square for sure -
eBay uk has lots, just import them. 90% of my stuff gets imported from the States, just one of those things we got to do

I just noticed it has been pointed out, you have a white rubber trim on the bottom of your helmet? Can't see it on my iPad, but if it's there that needs to be removed bro, TD clips need to be black -

Couple of things that jump right out, your vest sleeves are really flared, they need tightening up. Your bund looks really out of place compared to the rest of your heavily weathered armour, personally I'd knock back the weathering a little and give the bund a little weathering p. I also feel your pouches are to square and under sized for you, I'd look at lowering your belt and adding some length on the pouches to make the suit scale better, pouches want to be in the region of 6x7x1.75 ish Do you have an extra stitch line on your rear bund closure about 10mm in? -

Looks like your rear drop box buckles want sliding up, pouches maybe come in a touch. And where the drop box comes out the front of your belt, but a dab of hot glue to keep the straps even in the slots, bicep armour is now wrongly placed, cod is very wrinkled. -

Couple of things we would like adjusting Vest sleeves need to be a little tighter and maybe shortened a little. You have 6 ribs on your bund instead of 5, that needs to be corrected -
Have to back up what Jim is saying, only the staff here have a say on what is and what is not required for lancer guys. There is several staff involved with lancer apps all with views, for me as long as the end result looks right, I see no issue in a separate cod. That being said there is no proof a separate cod is accurate, so I will be staying with the time served attached cod. If there is definite proof it's a shame folk won't share the evidence of a screen used suit, as it would benefit us all :/

Thanks for the application, a few things jump out at me right away TD pipe metal clips should be attached to the pipe itself and attached to the belt. The detail in the vid should be a curve not a v Flight suit suede and thigh straps are a little too high The bund should fix right over left Belt wants to be much tighter -
I got my battle front rifle cleared under the EU banner, and use mine at official events

Anyone machine wash their CB flightsuit???
4505Marcel replied to 01Hawk's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout HQ
Machine wash mine after every troop, the suede has lightened. But really it give it a better look, no issues with everything else -
I would use that pattern loosely, you don't want the X on the Velcro. And you may find that did pattern gives you camel toe issues, really everyone is different so things will always need to be tweaked. The rib spacing i would do at 25mm (1")

Hi the reason being we haven't really got any pictures of the flight suit. All we can see for sure is the lower leg and arms. Really you have free reigns on what you do, as long as the elastic, and riding patches are in place and it's fairly well fitted, most use either a racing suit or flight suit

I recently converted a pair with leather, I did notice the soles were quite brittle. Didn't notice at first, not until I started to pin them up. I don't think the pair I did will ever be trooped in but for display. They would crack I recon, but a close enough find for sure, your not going to get the horizontal details on the sole is the main issue

DC-15x Sniper Rifle (based on Marcel's build)
4505Marcel replied to thisiskevin's topic in ROTJ Biker Scout Weapons
You've done a good job, my biggest critique is that you have missed off the second row of holes in the top of the barrel which gives it a really cool cheese grater effect But it's a nice looking rifle, enjoy it -
