    Shadow Biker Scout Style. I made this helmet for a customer painted in Gloss Black. I'm not sure about the Shadow Biker details and if is 100% accuracy, but looks great.

    Thanks Andry!!! I just finish the head piece and now I' making the mould. The final helmet will look very, very nice. But now I'm making some modification to the new face and visor again Sorry the delayed Chris. Unfortunately my Post Office is really slow, but I don't have other shipping option.

    I make this helmet... The helmet that have jpmas is different to the actual offered on eBay. jpmas had a older version. The actual, the face is completely a new version but the head is the older. I'm still working with the head piece and making some modification to the face too. If there is any error with the bolts size LMK and I can fix it to the future. The ear holes are bigger now. You can see it in the pics.

    Thats is correct!!! I can make the suit without the vest... and make it the vest separate like lancer specs. Also, I can do any modification and change any details. Remember, I make custom suits and any special requirements is possible to make.

    After years I decided make a new armor for thermoforming purposes. I started this job one year ago. This is my old armor made in fiberglass. I finished this armor on 2006. Two years of hard work. For make this new armor, I am using the same armor, but I am upgrading and modifying some inaccuracies. Any comment and help with some details, always Welcome. Shoulders:

    I think the original was made with leather. But today you can find pleather or faux leather to similar to the leather and save money.

    Hola Juan. La tela se llama Bull, es 100% algodón. Es gruesa y suave. Similar a las chaquetas militares de campaña. Es a todo terreno!!! I use Bull, 100% cotton. Strong and soft. Similar to military jacket fabric. Saludos!!!

    Airbrush is the best way. But you will need some ability, time and spend money in get the tools.
