It should just hug your thigh without pulling in too much.  And definitely should not droop like an X-wing pilot

Just to get some of this stuff into one thread, here is a few tips and tricks for doing the undersuit mods, particularly if you have a Red Kap, but this should work for most suits! Open Collar
