Colorwise the cummerbund and pouches look good to me!

Don´t forget the pouches need the camo pattern done(try to get it as close to the pattern and colors used in the armor green and brown wise) and then both the cummerbund and the pouches need weathering.

It will darken up a bit later trust me  ;)

Usually they dont ask for our help which is a shame.

That only happens if they have serious questions.

You can however ask him if you know him to talk to us...

In the camouflage collection from Krylon there's a new green that works very well too..

...and here's the edit with the link:

https://www.tactical-kit.co.uk/krylon-woodland-green-spray-paint-10931-p.asp

You can see how it looks much better than the Krylon Olive color.

Spray the plastic on the outside and then spray the cloth on the side your going to wrap around the plastic, then after youve wrapped it, spray the inner lip your going to attach the cloth too. Then spray your camo down beginning with the Kahki color. Then green followed by the brown.72c8108779ab07e3ee605078cebefed4.jpg

Keep going, youve got this, if i can finish this beast, anyone can. Try to use professional lic-tite on all the silicone stuff. Drill out the left arm part. Make sure the nub with the bigger end is on top. Do you have questions about pattern application?

Lower Leg Armor

Originally trimmed the lower leg armor parts to short I through I was following the right grooves, luckily a friend in my Garrisson was able to
re-create the lower leg piece getting closer to painting.

Are those straps able to be taken off or are you going to have to work around them for the camo? Mine are glued in.

Hey Thanks Jake :-)  armor part is almost completed

I friend of mine is an artist makes paintings I've commission  him to paint my armor, I'll be looking at the CRL Kashyyyk and screen shots from the Movie.

Hopefully in the next couple weeks if everything goes well I can send some sample shots to my GML of the pattern.

What technique did you use for your Kashyyyk? any help would be appreciated :-)

Camouflage Colours for the Kashyyyk Trooper

Below image I got colour drops from the Movie Character in the action scene below and used Tamiya acrylic spray paint colour codes to match

  • Tan Base Coat  - AS15 TAN (USAF)
  • Panzer Olive Green - TS5 - Olive Drab
  • Flat Earth Brown - TS62 Nato Brown

These colors look really good.
