looks like pollyscale paint line is discontinued but i found this for the green

It's definitely the former. I recommend doing this:

 

Primer

Metal - add mask

Black - add just a little masking on the edges of your fist mask or where you want "smudges" and carbon scoring

Khaki

[Death Recon]

Don't forget your FIRST base coat is a "as dark as possible grey primer"

Then you do you chrome (or Silver if you will)
