There is some noted separation between the buckle and the chest, meaning it should not sit flat on it. I recommend magnets. Here is a video that can give you some ideas.

Heyo! You are looking for a dark grey cotton fabric with 3-5mm ribs. I am not sure anyone has found a premade fabric, most make their own ribs. I gotcha. The CRL does say “closed” for those vents. My recommendation would be to leave as is to avoid any confusion through the approval process. That being said, there are vendors that have those vents open and peeps back it, as you suggested.

As far as the snug shirt, this may be to your benefit, loose shirts tend to bunch up in the armpit area, looks sloppy… For the Pants, not ideal that he did not provide the lace, but it looks like they have the loops.
