Eva foam might do the trick, they have different widths.

I got mine from Mr Paul. You can try other vendors such as Imperial Surplus or Jim Tripon, see if they are willing to sell them to you? I also know of peeps that have had success printing them.

Job well done Mike! Congrats!

Excellent work on your kit Mike! We appreciate your hard work to get it to the next level! Before moving fwd we only have one thing we would rather see changed! -We recommend the line on your left shoulder bell be repainted to make it a crisp straight line. We understand, that it is likely weathering, but would prefer it appearing straight, with less weathering affecting the actual line. Thank you! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used it to create texture and creases which gives it a more used and old look. Here is a before and after: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I used a combination of sand paper, wire sponge, heat gun, black shoe polish, brown shoe polish, and pastels.

I used a belt sander to scrap away the glossy underside finish, subsequently took a dull knife and scrapped it. This created texture so that the glue had something to adhere to. -

I ran into this issue. Found that scoring the underside of the straps really helped with promoting adhesion, also enhanced the underside with a bit of ca glue. -

Gotcha! So for LVL 1 it will be up to your local GML. Keep in Mind blasters are not a requirement for LVL1. For LVL 2 you will need the lights if you are presenting the “hero” blaster. The stunt blaster does not require them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
