Yes it is a studio creations kit. I actually don’t think I did all that much sanding on the visor peace as I wanted to wait for feedback here so that would explain why the edges are still a bit rough. I will take some more time and work on that. I know also on the visor piece there is a second cut line I believe which my husband and I were not sure if we needed to trim to that point or not. Hi. So, looking at the scout tank and back piece, the small clamps that my husband used on his TK I don't think will reach to where they need to be. Ok. That helps as well. I have the jumpsuit again so I was tinkering with the pattern. Layed it out with tape. How does it look? I think the armor slid a bit but it is in need of trimming still. That does help. In the CRL detailed photos it doesn’t look like there is much suede around the back at all. This looks like a bit more but still not a lot. How much is not enough? Is there a guideline to know too much or too little? Also separate question, does the elastic go all the way around the thigh and under the patch or just to the edge of the patch? It’s hard to tell. Question about the lens. The one that came with the kit is a bit darker than I would like it to be. I have a visual impairment which gives me low vision and having a dark lenses is great when I’m outside but when I am inside especially in a dimly lit place, it can be a challenge. I have a spare replacement shield from Hobart and I was wondering if it would be dark enough to use for the lens. The one on the back side is smaller because it doesn’t go up as high it stops after the crotch seam where as the one in the front goes up nearly to the waistband. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
