Everything has already been sanded and primed at least once and I do have the automobile primer/filler spray that I have been using and will hit everything again once any seams or gaps are filled. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So I’ve been working on a blaster build the kit is from AprilStormsProps on Etsy and is printed in ABS and not resin. Here’s my progress so far. All pieces have been sanded and primed. Because tgey are ABS I can use acetone to glue/weld the pieces together. I needed to sand the inside of the slot of the stock for proper fit. Once glued I needed to fit the tab to the slot on the grip. This was a tedious task and it took lots of time sanding to get the proper fit. The stock attaches to the grip with the tab and slot and is held in place with a bolt. This makes it removable for easy portability. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Hi all. I'm interested in starting an ART for Garrison Excelsior in New York State We have 5 scouts right now, with at least 1 WIP. I will keep you updated on progress of forming an ART. Jill -
So if the picture is at 10 and that is when the con opens what time do we get in? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I’d be ok with a 10 am switch. It would give those who are TIE pilots more time to get changed. But whenever it is I’ll be there. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I was able to get it fixed. Worked the corner of the greeblie with a putty knife and worked a butter knife under it. All submitted and awaiting approval. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Does this look any better? I added a little elastic extension to the strap and I am pretty sure it will be covered by my belt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Well here’s the whole thing. And of course someone pointed out now that the greeblie on the TD is upside down. [emoji22] gotta figure out how to get the E6000 to come loose so I can flip it over. Other than that, how’s it look? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

So the E6000 I used to put the greeblie on is REALLY working well and I can’t get it to budge much. Suggestions? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -

I already have a piece of semi-rigid foam on the backside of the cod.i will flip the free blue on the TD. I do not have long arms and have rather short upper arms thus the lower bicep pieces. I’ll see what I can do about it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk -
Well, this Biker Chick is ready to submit for basic (haven’t had time to do the sole grooves yet). Can I get a final inspection before doing so? I tried to build everything to Lancer specs so feedback on that is welcome also. Full costume phots attached here. Detailed photos in Google album. OK, cool. Thanks. Just wanted to make sure as the reference photo and the submission photos were not 100% clear. Should be submitting for approval early next week, just waiting on my vest to come back from my seamstress after adjusting the sleeves which were about an inch and a half too long. Only thing left to do is the grooves on the boots but not sure if that will get done before I submit or not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

In looking at the CRL again to make sure I have everything correct, I see that the tank decal for the most current version has a “tab” for lack of a better term. The decal set that came with my kit does not have this tab, and I noticed that some of the most recent lancer approvals do not have it either. Is this something that I need to add or manufacture out of leftover rank bar decals? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

How does this positioning look for the lines on the back? https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PFN2GQdCLQPJycST7zJNQiPU-g9nRHL5/view?usp=drivesdk Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Also does this positioning look right for gkuong the holster together? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-N0xxPNsBfM015p8qLTTUGuyzsgKww_1 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the armor forum Anyway, are there guidelines for how far from the top of the boot the top edge of the plate for the holster should be? How about the edge from the back seam? Also not sure how to go about getting all four rivets attached since the boot is already made. Any tips for this would be helpful. Thanks!

Anyone have a pattern or template for the cut outs on the soles for Lancer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Boots, cummerbund, vest, and cod all arrived so putting it all together. Note that the cod is temporarily placed and not permanently attached to anything as of yet. I do have a question though about the pouches, I have seen some photos where they look very stiff, is it better to have that look and maybe put some heavy duty foam inside to keep that shape or should I leave them as they are? https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-9m72CQ28V8daVTh213cSel13iym6yZI Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Does yours cover the joint around the edge at all or just glued to the top only? Ready to attach mine so I want to make sure. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
