I get butterflies in my stomach thinking of tailoring my flight suit to fit me. I did rip the back pockets off and will work on getting that utility pocket off in the coming days. Good look modifying yours.

For my TK, I put it on before my neckseal and tuck all of it under my undershirt. It doesn't look good if its not.

Now I will just have to do other things when my armor get here. I was wanting to build the helmet first. LOL.

Just ordered a set from Kevin. He said 4-5 weeks for delivery from time of payment.

Do you guys use Beveled Washers in your buckets? I was following a build video from Kropserkle and he uses two when connecting the visor to the faceplate. I was curious if anyone knew what size is used, as he does not state it himself. Thanks in advance for the help.

Thank you guys. I do remember seeing this awhile ago, but I was having difficulty reading it. It is squeezing everything together making it difficult to read. I am using my iPad. I wonder if I should look at it using my PC.

As I am preparing to get at this full steam, I have been doing my research. I found a great Lancer Build Thread by Strider. In one of the posts it shows different materials needed to do the build. I have not noticed if it tells where each bit of material is used. I know there are different widths of Velcro needed in different areas like the Mandarin Collar, Cummerbund, boots, etc. Is there a list that show where and what materials are used during a lancer build? I just want to make sure that I have all the right stuff before hand.

Good morning, I have been getting myself mentally prepared for my armors arrival. I ordered a Studio Creations Helmet and Armor kit. As I was searching YouTube, I found a wonderful Helmet build video that was made by Scott Maple at Kropserkle. It appears to me that both helmets are very similar, if not exactly the same, in their raw forms, and I was going to use the video to build my helmet. Just wanted some input from you seasoned Scouts. Thanks.
