  1. Mine all fits in the smaller Husky rolling tote.
  2. Congratulations, Robert!
  3. I would agree. If you are going to spend that much, just skip right to the accurate ones (RS, Strider, etc.).
  4. Make sure to get the thin cut discs!
  5. Excellent, always great to have more options for current and aspiring members. Great work Pathfinders and LMO team!
  6. I use Rain-x on my TK but haven’t bothered with my TB. The air vents make it a non-issue so far.
  7. Congratulations!
  8. I mean… sure? Not officially though! A full set of armor is required for 501st approval.
  9. Yeah, it looks like they’ve gone the R1TK route of idealization; more symmetrical and added detail (vents vs decals, for example). Not saying it isn’t fixable though. People have modded black series helmets at FISD and taken them to EIB.
  10. Looks great. The trigger guard looks a little different but otherwise very similar to the DVH!
  11. Black sharpies are great. Always take one on troops (and white duct tape!).
  12. Went camping up there about 10 years ago and would be down for another trip. Beautiful place:
  13. I think you want cow suede (option 1).
  14. Congrats!
  15. See you all at Redwoods (hopefully)! Sounds fun!
  16. Congrats! Welcome to the Legion!
  17. Also if your tank is like mine, it may not be perfectly flat either. See if flattening it out helps too maybe?
  18. Congratulations, scout!
  19. I get these after one or two hours. I am glad to know I am not alone! Haven’t found a solution yet…
  20. Does that make him a… Power Ranger? (I’ll see myself out.)
  21. Velcro added to vest/chest armor, we will see if it helps with the tank pull I have been experiencing. Mandarin collar to open collar conversion complete: I did a test spray of Rustoleum 2X Clear Gloss on my helmet (under the visor where it’d go unnoticed) and so far, no cracks etc. It has been over 100°F for the last several weeks*, so if I do not see any paint issues appear in the next week or two, I will proceed with clear-coating. * Pro tip: don’t leave your helmet in the garage when it gets this hot, or your visor lens may fall out when you try to put it on!
  22. My vest/flight suit are from him. No complaints. Use FedEx!
