  1. Like Jake said, the rifle you are seeking is the DC-15a. The Kashyyyk Scout is a Clone trooper, so they would be carrying a clone blaster of some kind. The DC-15 comes in two variants, the short and the long rifle. Either one would be appropriate for the Kashyyyk Clone Scout to carry. If you look for a DC-15a long rifle, be sure to go with the "movie" version since the Kashyyyk Scout is from one of the movies and not from the animated tv series.
  2. Tote bag has a button greeble consisting of (2) red buttons and (1) white button.
  3. Perhaps we use these scouts as a good example of how not to suit up.
  4. I can chime in as well as having an Altman helmet/SC armor. They match up great. Spike really does a fantastic job on his helmets. You won't be disappointed.
  5. Hey man! Glad to see we are adding more scouts in Florida! Phinscout and I are Tampa Bay Sqaud. The bucket I use is an Altmann and love it. It's pretty well put together. I like my helmets to sit tight around my head so I have padded out the inside of the helmet. I live up in Wesley Chapel, but take regular trips over to Disney so we can always meet up for you to try it on sometime. Hit me up on Facebook messenger if you want to do that. That's the easiest way to get ahold of me. I believe Phin uses a full Chef kit. Not 100% positive on that. He's a great scout out of the Lakeland area.
  6. Congrats Trooper!!
  7. I tie mine.
  8. Definitely tuck it in for a cleaner look.
  9. Congrats trooper!!
  10. My biggest problem with Imperial Boots is that its all generic sizing. S, M, L. It's not tailored specifically for the trooper. So whereas it might be perfect for one individual, it could look goofy on another. The bund also just seems off. The vertical ribs seem too large and the pouches look far too spaced out from the last rib, should only be an inch. My wife made my flak vest using the t-shirt tutorial method. At the time she was a newbie at sewing. It took one test run, which didn't turn out right before the second one made was perfect. The key to the scout flak vest is the raglan t-shirt.
  11. I'm about 95% complete with printing from April Storms' files. They seem to be very good and detailed files to print from. Also a very good price point. I'm super happy with them so far. The only thing I have left to print is the barrel shroud and scope.
  12. In the past I've used a magic eraser to clean up my scout armor.
  13. Congrats trooper!!
  14. I have one small fan in my helmet. It doesn't help a ton with keeping cool but it does move some air around. Mine is mounted to the inside of the faceplate/visor that flips up. It basically blows air across the face, which helps it to not fog up at all. Fitting the battery pack was the hardest thing about it. I'll try to post some pics later. The fan kit I went with was from Henry's Helmet Fans. I am only using one fan so I could minimize on the amount of wires.
  15. Congrats Scout!!
  16. Congrats trooper!!!
  17. I used some black pin striping from an auto parts store. If I remember correctly, I used two different sizes.
  18. I also use the smaller husky and love it. The husky bins are built tough and the smaller one is much easier to transport around. I put the whole kit in mine except for the helmet. That goes in a separate helmet bag.
  19. Congrats Lancer!!!
