Wondering how they will fix the tank to the back? I also want to know if we can request the offwhite strapping. I only see white in the photos posted. Will they finish the kit lancer specs with the loose tank and correct strapping?

This grey is actually filler primer with a glossy clear coat. Guess I’ll have to redo it a bit darker.

Would the lighter one pass?

Not much of a dime on top either. Thought about maybe trying to add some sort of 3D printer curve to make it slightly more screen accurate rather than just a flathead.

So the indents on the right rear part of my helmet aren’t as clean as I’d like. Anyone have any suggestions on making them better? Probably not much can be done as they are molded but thought maybe someone had some crazy miracle. Thanks

So I’m back! Moved twice and found a new job. Finally getting around to finishing the bucket. This was a bad pull and a big part of why I couldn’t finish it was coming to terms with everything not fitting perfect how I wanted. This is a thicker helmet than my current KW and so really wanted to finish it. So I finally said duck it let’s do this. Did a little wet sanding today and threw some filler primer over the whole thing. Going to keep doing that a few more times.

I think I’m ready now to finally finish this bucket. Put it down last few months. Had to come to terms with it not fitting perfect. Not the best oil but think I got it as close as it’s going to be. How did yours come out?
