  1. I got 1m and have spare for replacement
  2. From what I can see it looks ok, except I think it has a gloss finish ? I would change that to a Matt finish.
  3. Fibreglass is a bit of. Mare to deal with iIMO especially if your not used to working with it. Have you ordered already ?
  4. The quality is great , I think expensive but great , as mentioned above the issue I had with it was the darker colour and the weathering , so resprayed it.
  5. A lot of guys have has to shim
  6. Yes it is possible , lthere is a lot of work to do put possible. Mark Shearman UKG member in the UK produces the power cylinders , extended mag and the blocks for the sight rail. I am sure you can get the hex bolt fixings in the US. Mark is on Facebook and can be contacted there or on the UKG forum.
  7. Armour : Montana Gold , Sahara Beige. Right Bicep Red : Halfords Toyota Red 3E5, Blue : is layered , base of Halfords , Ford Nordic Blue, with an over spray of Halfords , Matt Black and then a subtle overspray of Dirty Down Grey. Yellow : Tamiya Flat yellow XF-3 , Humbrol yellow #69 White, : Flat white , Matt white Black :Matt Black Glyn Dillon confirmed that the actual material armour was a dark brown almost black colour. This would explain some of the different shades against the Matt black. This is not a requirement but is acceptable for a base coat of Dark Brown, however bare in mind there are so many different shades of dark brown, because of this I have done some paint tests and I have found the RAL number 8022 black brown , to be a very close match and gives that different shade.

  8. The CRL just states greeblies, however to ensure your putting the correct greeblies in place image hosting over 5mb
  9. The E22 and R1 E11 was the airsoft version
  10. I went with the E22 hero with lights , and it gets loads of positive comments
  11. It is purely down to your personal preference, both weapons are carried , so go with what your prefare
  12. Looks good to me , it's not that heavily weathered
  13. Thanks , The way I weathered it was from personal experience when serving with the army in tropical conditions. hot and dirty with tropical rain storms used to cause that sort of streaking on our kit and transport , with sand always getting everywhere. The red Scarif emblem is painted on using a stencil and is the same size as the original , which is 3 cm.
  14. It's on the end off my WIP http://forum.bikerscout.net/index.php?showtopic=17070&st=20
  15. I would say they had one and then copyed it and changed it slightly for their own look and not done under copyright
  16. lol I did the same and no ST or TK had a sling on a E11 , so there is the answer , NO sling in the E11
  17. Glyn Dillon told us they where not of the shelf and each where made.
  18. I have the Anovos and it's easy to mask up , repaint and weather , that's what I did and I am very pleased
  19. As the guys have said above , the spacing of the boxes needs to be equal , the BSP med boxes are roughly 2mm in width larger than the small ones. Your sniper plate should be on the left and V plate on the right , so you will need to take those off and swap. Nothing wrong with your weathering IMO. The issue I would have is how you have hung your ammo belt. You have used snap studs on the right hand strap , where is your buckle ? There is a post on how to hang your ammo pouch correctly. Should be like this Also the front hip armourer should not be hung on straps , it should be under your belt. This is the correct shape Which gives this correct look
  20. if you find one post it up but I have not seen ether a TK or ST with one on in the film or just not noticed it
  21. Andy Although the display showed a sling on the E11, that did not It make it screen accurate for the Shoretrooper , its more than likely was a mistake by the dresser. I have not seen a sling on the ST E11 in the movie , the stills I have seen so far are all without slings, however if you find a sling on a E11 in ST hands in the movie , then that would make it accurate but at the minute I don't think we have , so until then it's a no. Also for the E22 the reason why we have slings and no slings attached is that during the movie we see E22's with and without the sling so it then becomes an option.
  22. The small and medium boxes are different in width and the medium box has a wedged shape top.
  23. Just remember to remove the double diagonal stripe on the side abb section
  24. I believe Jim's comes all cut and shaped and ready to glue as it's fibreglass ? As you have no cutting , lay it all out Start with biceps , forarms and shins , whilst they are glued , look at your back and chest and see what needs done There are a few WIPs on here so have a look as that will help. Biggest thing is take your time
