E6000 has been my glue of choice, and holds up pretty well.

I love my ALT, I think it's the best looking bucket around.

It is in fact, a thermal detonator. Though, I do believe it wasn't used by any TK or TB in the movies, just attached to their belts.

Looks good. It appears that the belt needs to come down a alittle, it's riding up under your pouches from the pictures. TD looks a little off to the side on positioning. The drop boxes could come up more as well (they look longer on the front a tad). Not sure the rank stripes on the holster are correct for clearance though. You're almost there!

I did the same, except no velcro to hold it up. I'm not planning on walking around with my blaster in my holster anyways, unless it's for a picture, and I don't want to hold my blaster. I'd prefer to walk around with it in my hand, to be safe.
