That looks highly modeled after the Kenner blaster, mainly because the trigger is inaccurate on the blaster, but was present on the toy itself. Chris makes awesome stuff though.

I started off with the easy stuff. I got my blaster, and gloves first, then the helmet. I bought my armor around the same time I ordered all of my soft goods. I wanted everything to come at the same time so I could build it relatively quickly.
