I am holding the bomb on so I can see how it will look proportionately. If utah stops with this eternal winter I will be able to finish the bomb and attach it. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

I just have velcro as a bridge between the two on the bottom. Then I have velcroed a piece of craft foam on the top. It's nothing spectacular looking. Here is a pic of another trooper that clearly shows what the craft foam is supposed to look like. -

I am not seeing the warp much. One of the benefits of the kit is that the camo helps hide imperfections. If you need some ideas with the fold in the tank, let me know. -
Yeah I screwed up on the biceps trying to print everything at 115% like the spats were. So now i need to reprint biceps and forearms. On a positive note I've learned how to measure pieces in my slicing software. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

I've decided to purchase Justin's mountain trooper files and I love them the 1st item printed was the hand plates. I'm printing Sun pla filament and reinforcing with bondo. It seems to work, other garrison members swear by the stuff so we will see how it goes, afterwards I printed the belt buckle and boxes and then the spats. The spats were to small for me at 100% so I bumped it up to 115%. I need to 3d scan myself before I waste a lot of filament. But I am taking a chance with the gauntlets and I'm just printing them at 115% as well. I'm in the process of printing the 2nd spat also. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Hey, it's great to have you here man! The scout was my first kit too and I also went lancer out of the gate. A lot of the lancer stuff has to do with fitting the soft stuff to the armor pieces with the distances of the pieces with one another. If the cummerbund and codpiece are two pieces it looks like it's going ok. Just make sure that your straps and elastics are the right sizes for lvl 2. Its hard to see how your riding patch and thigh elastics look. Follow the instructions with each of the different pieces and you should be ok. So far things are looking good! We are here for you!

There are very limited amount of vendors for the parts. As far as the boots go, crowprops is the only vendor. He's who I went through for my boots. I know there are some individuals on here who bought a pair of boots and altered them. The gloves can either be purchased at wampawear.com or crowprops.com or if you're feeling adventurous I know some people here who made them from scratch. I have wampawear, I love them, they're comfy. Crowprops gauntlet greeblie is a little more accurate. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk -

Are you still struggling to find DPM desert camo? Honestly they don't have to both be 100% cotton. It just looks better that way, mine were not and I was still approved. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Got gaiters, tassets and pockets done, the belt is hiked up a little high but the tasset does fall to mid thigh when placed correctly. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

Ya know just creating tassets and pouches. Now they look a little long and not so vertical. The CRL states it needs to be mid thigh and fit around my waist. I am currently 290 lbs. Therefore with those measurements the pouches and tassets had to be adjusted for my waist size. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
