  1. If that's your intent I would make a set for the 1/6th group and one for the costumers. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  2. Also, remove the pouches from the belt and make the cod piece not as long. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  3. With initial inspection, here are my first suggestions. You need to make your visor coin slot thinner, make the bolts on the sides of the visor removeable and make the trapezoid recesses in the back of the helmet smooth, remove the straps from around the calve pieces and take the rings off of the boot top armor. 5. Thank you for taking the time to load all the images into Dropbox, but we need the images actually placed into your application submission. This link is a recent approved biker scout lancer submission as an example to follow: You will want to follow Mickeys instruction that we shared previously on how to embed your images into the post. 6. Hey there, how are things going with resubmission? Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  7. Thank you for your application. The review team has asked that you post your photos directly in this application, which makes it easier for everyone involved in the review process to look over your photos. Please see the post below on how to host and post images on our forums:
  8. Is there a way you can hide the strap over lap inside the front of the armor, inside the plastic? That's what most people do. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  9. RAL 1001 looks closer to what you're going for. You can always do washes to darken it. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  10. The galactic armory files have been updated to ROTS standards Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  11. This build is looking fantastic! Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  12. We are here to help. I actually learned how to sew with my scout. Sewing velcro is easy, you just sew a square or rectangle around the item your sewing. The length of the cummerbund is a different matter. I would go back to the maker and enquire about that. I can teach you how to make the bund if you like
  13. Hey there Sascha, it's great to see another prospective Kashyyyk Trooper coming through. The color your looking for is really just a matte Kahki. Then once that's on you spray the olive green and then the earth brown selectively. Each trooper has applied the camo in their own way. It's best to apply the colors individually all over your kit. IE start with the Kahki all over then place the green down and then the brown. I have found that you want to be careful not to go too much on either the green or the brown but be selective with each. Make small camo marks, medium then large. Leave enough room so that your kahki still shows through. Be very sparing with the brown. I've found that using sponge brush worked best for me. If you do decide to use the sponge, spray the color onto the sponge and then dab it onto the armor. My process I went through personally is I started by priming all the pieces with primer. Then I made everything silver. Then I masked different areas I wanted to look like metallic scrapes on the armor and then I sprayed black for edging on the metallic scrapes. I masked the black edging then I went with the kahki. Good luck and if you need anymore help I'm always here for you.
  14. Yeah the only belt that's available is by Bikerchick. There are quite a few threads that show people making them out of leather though. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk

  16. Which camo are you thinking? They all look great
  17. Going in a good direction
  18. I am not aware of any iterations of the kashyyyk helmet opening like the scout helmet. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  19. Hey there! Congrats on getting the kit! This project is a labor of love. It took me roughly 100+ hrs of work on mine but I also sewed my own cummerbund and all the pouches. The pieces are in halves and need to be glued together with a shim between the two parts and bondo in the seem to make it seemless. If you need specific instructions don't hesitate to post your progress here and post any questions you may have. I've been in my kit for 3 years and have loved it.

  23. I'm excited with how the gauntlets turned out. Plenty of room to slide hand in and out of. I just need to weather up the belt, tassets and pockets. I still need to bondo the gauntlets and paint them up. Very pleased with how everything is turning out. Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
  24. Something else to note, with Justin's designed files he made sleeves in the belt boxes to.slide 5m Chicago screws into Sent from my SM-N986U using Tapatalk
