im on the grey side of fence, that also lends to the lore. they arive on world all white and new, then they gotta go camo, dont see tan gloves being original issue, but this is all speculation, it also just looks grey gray? to me

really washed out and needing a second coat and more definition but ya thats what im working on

i was going to copy yours and grumpy's camo pattern, i liked them the best out of what i saw

i got one of my tan pouches i painted to what i think it should look like ill post a pic when i get home, i would like to follow the same scheme as you see on armor, but the kashyyyk hero i think he has some things different then the others, doesnt he only have 1 shin strap on his armor instead of the base 2, and his pouches look just tan base with brown camo.

the easiest way to get the uniform look would be to put out a couple of templates to follow for painting armor? the camo pattern if you will, basically here are templetes cut them out and paint through them, of course do it in a random order /location so we all dont have the exact same camo pattern in same spots. instead of some having large blotches and some streaks of camo and what not. not saying either is wrong thats something else we can come to an agreement on.

let me guess, next talking point will be riding patch? do we need death recon to give us more crotch shots.

id like tan just becuase it makes it seem more coherent of a costume, i know the kashyyyk trooper was a mishmash of making stuff work on world but who knows now adays. tis lost to time.

i'd really like to call them tan, but i can see it both ways... what im doing for my build is to talc powder the bajezus out of boots so they look whiteish, so either way i can scrub it out and either leave tan or paint white..

not yet, recons pics got us off topic. but right now i think the current point of talking not that its more important is looking into camo. cuase its easier and less controversial. On that note though, im liking the patterns the pics seems a bit more blocky in camo pattern but the canadian ones arnt dense enough or thick enough, the dying of camo will hide some of the digital effect of camo but i think with camo lines that small it gets kinda lost. we'll have to see when recon offeres up a pair for sacrifice and ridicule

yup, melts right down in acetone, havnt got the formula down right yet but close, i just put all the shavings i have in a glass and filled with acetone, most melted into toothpaste consistency but some was still hard, think it was a surface area issue. either way it works great, kinda addicted to it now. and on the other note of why i was here, im super cereal, i gotta get all my parts put together this weekend, sanded and lookin good so i can paint in near future... sorry for late reply my notification thing is messing up on site
